I've purchased a few 'Fantaseal' branded items in the past, and they've all been great to be fair.I was particularly impressed with the ball head in the kit, it's an all metal construction and has a nice smooth motion with rubberised locking dials, integrated spirit level etc. The quick release mount is a standard size plate too, so you can swap it onto a tripod without unmounting the camera for instance.The two suction cups are really powerful and take quite a bit of force to lock into place. There was no sign of slippage or wobble etc from the unit once it was mounted to the glass. As you can see from the photos, I mounted mine to the rear quarter window to get some motion shots of the rear wheel just for a demo/test run.I'll be trying a slightly heavier load (DSLR) over the next few days, as the Go-Pro was clearly no problem for the unit.I was a little disappointed to find that there were no assembly instructions in the box, although it's not particularly difficult to work out what goes where as there's a photo on the box of the complete unit.Overall, a great piece of kit to have in your camera bag for those unique shots.

The media could not be loaded. This is Brilliant simply brilliant. It is the Heavy Duty DSLR Camera Suction Cup Car Mount that is not going to move when put in place on shiny surfaces. Good quality and very durable. I have used this many times now and trust it fully with my cameras. The heaviest camera that I have used is 2.5 lb on the mount while traveling at speed in my car and had no issues. Great value for money. Check out the video and you will see what I mean.

When looking for a SLR Mount most are made with plastic and very flimsy, this however is metal and engineered to a very high standard.The Suction cups are extremely strong allowing solid mounting on many items even painted walls.The kit comes in pieces and it’s quick and easy to put together.Pros:- Build Quality amazing- Suction Cups are very strong- Great price for a mount like this usually would be 3x the price.Cons:- We couldn’t find anything wrong with the mount it works perfectly and built to perfection.

It's strong, and sturdy and it won't fall off. The reason for two stars? They've used a silly photography ball head instead of a proper sized video head. And you can't remove it.There's no way I'm mounting my £4,000 camera with that silly "hobbyist tripod" mount. Give me a pro mount like the big Manfrotty.

Very pleased with the item, I have no concerns loading a £2000 camera on it. It seems very sturdy and secure and the suction is excellent. I have mounted it to the exterior of car at 45mph and had no problems at all. I have confidence in this item and would recommend.

The media could not be loaded. I will jump to my final opinion, and perhaps the most important one, that this dual camera suction mount is good. The most important thing for me was that the mount was secure and after testing it on a drive today, I can say that I trust this to hold my Canon M50 whilst driving.Setting everything up is a pain though.* There are no instructions* The levers were put on back to front, so I had to manually take it part with a hex screwdriver and then put it back together* It feels a little loose at partsWhen I first went into my car, I had trouble attaching one of the suction cups. What you have to do is connect one and then loosen the lever of the other and make sure it is tight against your windscreen (or wherever you attach it). You can then tighten it back up. Once you do that, it will be secure.So to summarise, this suction cup mount is a little rough around the edges, but once it's actually set up and attached to your screen, it is very secure.Check out my video below to get a full understanding of its strengths and weaknesses.

I was using a really flimsy magnetic tripod in a car park driving at a snails pace to do this shot originally, but it was very dicey! I was going to get a cheaper one than this (£20), but when I saw how small it was, I was put off, as it was designed for gopro's.This looks pricey, but it is very good value.Straight to business, it can easily hold 2+kg without issue (my setup is 1.7kg and £1700), no slip of the head or vibration, or suckers straining, even at high speed, tested it night time in an empty car park.The head can be removed and used on a tripod or monopod (bonus). The quick release plate is an Arca Swiss design, so could be used with many other tripods or bolt on camera straps.The suckers are quite hard to lock down, but they will not come off (metal or glass surface), very important, clean the surface to be used first!All the main components are metal, except the locking levers.I've included images for size comparison and 2 images of shots taken using it.Really well recommended with confidence!

I use this for attaching my Sony Alpha 7iii to the car and it handles it like a boss!! Only advice I’d give is make sure you have a safety lanyard attached to a solid object incase of failure. Better safe then sorry.Highly recommended especially for the price!
