My dad absolutely loves this. He mostly uses it cold. And it is the softest little beanbag type feeling thing ever lol it is amazing. It stays cold for honestly longer than I figured for the material. It squeezes into the freezer, no matter what you have in there with ease. I really love this product for my dad.

I LOVE this microwaveable neck wrap!! It is SO soft and smells amazing!! I know some reviews stated that it was too heavy but I enjoy the weight of it. Very calming and relaxing. I especially like the part that goes up the neck, feels great!!

Perfect shape for what I’m using it for! It helps relieve neck and shoulder pain after working all day. Has a perfect shape as it goes up the back of your neck. It stays in shop and because of it being weighed some, it doesn’t move he I do (usually).I love the cold so I do wish it stayed colder longer and I have not tried it hot but hoping I’m going to order soon to have one for cold and on for heat, which I think would be easier to have two for that!I recently broke my collar bone and it has done wonders. Only other that, is th weight of it on that area, as I just had to adjust to fit without hurting the collarbone.

I have been using a bs rice sock for ages and wanted to upgrade. This thing is FABULOUS. Incredibly soft, weighted, comfortable and aromatherapy! I got it for $12 and told my husband it might be the best $12 I ever spent ha ha. Treat yourself!

Great as a heating pad for neck and shoulders. I microwaved 1 minute then another 30 seconds. I tried freezer. Didn't seem to get as cold as I hoped. Filled with beans I believe.Over all good product

This is amazing. I’ve tried other neck wraps, or disposable pads you stick on. They weren’t good at all.This was worth the money, it’s heavy enough that it stays in place, kind of weighted.If I had to choose a drawback then just that it takes a while in the microwave to heat up. I did it for 30 seconds at a time. I think it took about 4-5 minutes.After being in a car accident though & having neck & back pain, this is the only thing that has relieved my neck pain!

I purchased this wrap mainly for neck issues and sinus headache pressure at the back of my head. While it heats up great in the microwave, I felt like I was having to heat it every 10 minutes which is very inconvenient. The filling in the neck compartment does not stay in place like the rest of the wrap, instead it falls to the ends on both sides causing you to constantly adjust them, therefore making it useless for what I needed. It needs to have sewn in compartments to keep the filling in place in the neck area. The rest of the wrap does have these compartments. I couldn't handle the strong smell either, it seemed to make my headaches worse, since it is right there under your nose. Sadly, I am having to return this and find one that does what I need and doesn't have the aromatherapy scents.

Works very well! Easy to warm up and it feels weighted, so sits comfortably on your neck and shoulders. Great buy!
