Great multi at an excellent price
Contains everything you need in a sports multi, plus a lot of good extras. I like to switch now and again, but this is my main standby.

At first I thought these were pretty good, at least for a neon yellow pee...but then
After a few months of taking this, I developed an allergic reaction to heat. Every time I got hot my skin felt like it was on fire. A few days after stopping this vitamin it all cleared up. I started it again to see if it was another factor and it flared up again after just a day or two. Something in this vitamin is very bad for you. DO NOT TAKE.
