Dell Latitude 7390 Notebook with Intel QC i7-8650U, 16GB 256GB SSD, 13.3in FHD Windows 10 pro (Renewed)

I bought a Dell Latitude 7390 with quad core i7-8650u, 16GB of RAM and a 256GB SSD. My use case is limited to media consumption, Office 365, and possibly some Zoom meeting. This laptop is not meant for gaming. It's a low-power CPU with single channel memory which is zippy for everyday use and had decent battery life. I needed something that was as light as possible for commuting, but still provided decent performance for work tasks and a bit of media consumption.I could not be happier about the bang for the buck I got from this. The screen is bright enough, glare resistant, pleasant to look at and the 1920 X 1080 resolution is enough for a 13" screen. The keyboard is backlit and does not show any signs of wear. The trackpad looks and works great and has clicky buttons. The battery life is also better than expected. Even the bottom of the unit isn't scratched. There is really nothing wrong with it, aside from the abysmal 720p Dell built-in camera, but that's a Dell problem, not a renewed item problem. I do have a separate Logitech camera that I can use, so it was not even a consideration in my choice.So, what more would you expect for $205 plus tax? I certainly did not expect much, especially great customer service, yet I received it.The laptop worked great, except it would not activate Windows. For some reason, the license code did not show up. I emailed SupremeDealsCR support on Friday and received a prompt response from Max. After trying his suggestions over the weekend without result, he sent me a new code today by email. Truly flawless, caring customer service. I will definitely consider using this company again for my next refurb purchase.

it's a great laptop for the price... for a renewed laptop it came in, in almost perfect condition. Everything works as advertised.... only thing is if you get it upgrade the hard drive....,

While it seems to work decently, there are a couple glaring issues.CPU: The CPU is not the Intel QC i7-8650U (CPU Benchmark of 6299) as advertised, rather the i7-7600U (CPU Benchmark of 3727), which was the primary reason for my purchase.Keyboard: The keyboard has a number of unresponsive keys which need multiple presses to register.I will be reaching out to the seller for an explanation shortly, and will update this and/or delete it if the situation improves.

I purchased this laptop, and when I started using it, I noticed I needed to keep the laptop connected all the time otherwise it’d go off. I was upset about it but went ahead and purchased a battery. The battery arrived and when I went to change it, I found out I was sold a laptop with the wrong battery!! There’s not only a smaller battery but a hole was made inside the laptop to attach this smaller battery!!! I need to be reimbursed for the battery I had to purchase and for being sold a product that didn’t fulfill the specifications described. PLEASE RESOLVE THIS ISSUE ASAP!!!!
