PC was delivered on time and well packaged.Have been very happy with the speed and build quality. This is the second refurbished business PC I've bought and would gladly buy another.The machine itself was unmarked and looked as new, despite being around 6 or 7 years old. It is the small form factor so it means there is little free space internally and no free power+data connectors for a 2nd disk, not even an SSD. If you want more storage, I suggest you clone the 240GB SSD it came with and replace with a larger 512 or 1024GB SSD, or connect an external drive via USB.I've been running 2 monitors (1920*1200) off the internal Intel graphics ports. This has been OK but it can slow down playing basic games. The internal graphics are fine for surfing, iPlayer, YouTube, spreadsheets, etc, but not intensive gaming. If you want to upgrade the graphics, remember the small form factor and lack of connectors inside. Best speak to the supplier about alternative graphics options before you buy.

Just the job for my needs. It works good and quick.I added a Libre office suite app via a cd for my word processing needs.It arrived quickly and well packaged and was in perfect condition. Great value... Recommended.

I'm definitely not a computer expert , I bought this because it was very cheap and I needed a computer to reset my dash cam 🤬. And I wanted to put my cds on a memory stick for the car. So I bit the bullet and bought this , took me ages to figure out the CDs , that's my fault , no idea what I was doing! Got there eventually . But the dash cam was easy . It seems to whizz around the internet really fast , shows video very clearly doesn't buffer. So for me perfect .I bought the key board + mouse package and I'm really impressed with those 👍One slight niggle? It doesn't quite fit the TV screen ? I have adjusted it , on the computer and on the TV , little to big? But I'm sure someone with computer experience would just click 2 buttons and it's fixed 🙄I'm happy 👍

Very easy to set up and runs very well. Replaced an old computer running windows 7 and is just what I wanted. Very good value for money.

Arrived on time and in a excellent condition, clean. Everything included as described. Set up easy to follow from diagrams in description as nothing included. Really pleased with this as replacement for my old dell. Has many more features ports etc and is fast to load. Would buy again.

Really pleased with the condition and performance of this PC. If your an average user like me then this machine is all you need! I opened it up and installed more DDR3 ram now with 32GB and a wi-fi card. Never bothered booting up winblows as I installed Linux Mint Mate on it and the PC rocks! Special mention for First Click Solutions LTD! First class service from them! Would use this company again!
