Works very well! The ends are very pointy but these aren't those needle types and are very sturdy.

These probes are sharp and work well, when the negative probe decides that it wants to make adequate contact with my Klein Tools MM300. I tried cutting back the insulation to make it sit deeper but that wasn't the problem. I think the strain relief on the connector failed which is unfortunate since the positive probe works quite well.Perhaps buy a set of two and only use the positive probes?

Nice probes and a must have when the alternative is the larger set that tends to come with a multimeter.Really great at fine measurements and are my go-to set for all multimeter usage.

I love the look of these probes. They are nimble, the leads are strong with pointy tips. Other probes on Amazon with small sharp tips use cheaper, softer metal and the tips tend to bend and break eventually. Also the plating on these seems to be good.I find that with many cheap Amazon probes, once the tip of the probe wears a little bit an oxide layer can form making the probe tips high resistance and frustrating to use. (If you ever have to dig your probe with force into what you're measuring it is because of bad plating and oxide forming). These AST-Labs probes do not have that issue after a month of continuous use.But not all is good - the only issue I had is one of the leads lost continuity after about a month of use, looks to be in the probe strain relief area. AST-Labs, if you are reading this, I would gladly pay double amount for these probes if this quality issue is fixed. It is very hard to find nimble probes with quality, hard, tips under $40 like these, but you need to fix this. I am giving you four stars for now, even though it should probably be three, because this is a good design and there's nothing quite like it. Just fix this one quality issue!!

Just what they are listed as. No problems with them yet. Very fine needle point is great for testing small wire harnesses and terminals.

Nice enough. American made. I wish they were available with longer leads. They're okay for bench work.
