However, after speaking with the manufacturer about my issue, I was assured I had either received a used diffuser or a diffuser damaged in shipping. So a replacement was issued and everything's working just fine.I so love these cute little things. They pack a huge aroma punch to be so little. Very user friendly, sleek, modern and such an eye catcher. I love the 3 different settings.....I've had bigger diffusers in the past that only had one setting, so 3 settings is such a nice feature.You get a cute little suede storage bag, a carrying strap and a little adhesive mounting sticker for wall mounting.I like to switch up the locations because you can practically put this diffuser anywhere. Very versatile and fairly quiet....and thank God it doesn't have to attached to the charging port to operate.I always turn it to the lowest setting because I find the lowest setting sufficient enough to output enough aroma, especially when I'm doing yoga or relaxation exercises.Definitely will be buying more of these as Christmas gifts.5 stars all the way around!Old review.........I charged them up right away when they arrived and was pleasantly surprised how fast they charged. I bought both the Wood Grain and Dark Brown and loved them.....their size, their user friendly design, 3 wind speed options for such small lil' things and the aroma power they punched despite being so compact.Then my blissful dream entered a nightmare.......I charged them the next day and it took hours to charge. I thought maybe it was just a fluke or something was wrong with my charging port but who was I kidding? The following day......the same thing.Very disappointed in something I was looking forward to and perhaps buying as Christmas gifts.3 star deduction for the charging issues. If someone from the company's quality control department reads this...please work on the charging issues. This little thing should not be taking hours to charge.

I absolutely LOVE this Weljoy diffuser. It has helped keep my dog safe from harmful oil scents, while aiding in conquering my terrible sinus pain. I wish I had discovered this diffuser sooner!The size of this diffuser is perfect for small, personal spaces, like my car and little nooks around my house. It's very portable, but I'm going to buy a few more so I can keep one in my car, on my nightstand, and on a shelf in the bathroom. The wood appearance is cute and blends in nicely with the real wood around my house.When I received my Weljoy diffuser it was very nicely packaged. Each piece, (charger cord, oil pads and diffuser), was neatly wrapped in plastic, all placed nicely in a very thick and sturdy cardboard gift box, perfect for storage or gift giving. Upon taking the diffuser out of the box, I charged it and it reached full battery in under an hour. I used the diffuser on low for several hours over 3 days and it didn't need to be recharged until the third day of being on low for 6+ hours. Battery life definitely gets a thumbs up.My favorite oil mixture is peppermint, lavender and eucalyptus, which helps my sinus pain, but peppermint and eucalyptus is harmful to dogs, so I can't use these oils unless I stay in my bedroom with the door closed so my pup can't get in. My regular water diffuser sends peppermint and eucalyptus throughout the house, but with this Weljoy diffuser, the essential oil scent stays in a smaller area, which is exactly what I needed. This allows me to use peppermint and eucalyptus in a small, personal space without harming my dog. This is a VERY big deal.This diffuser is worth every penny. Not only can I treat my sinus pain, but I can relax while doing so because I know my pup is safe. Thank you, Weljoy.

I'd been looking for a portable diffuser that didn't need water and was happy to come across this one. It's smartly designed, compact, and attractive - I especially like the way the panel that opens for inserting the oil pad attaches to the body of the device by tiny magnets. The fan is surprisingly powerful for its size and a couple of drops of oil on the pad last for days when the diffuser is used for several hours daily. All that said - this feels like a first version of the device, and I'm hoping the manufacturer considers a few tweaks to subsequent models in the future. While the LED lights are helpful to know whether the device is running and/or charging, the green power light on the back in particular is very bright and blinks when the device is plugged in and charging - which makes it distracting to use this in a dark room (say, while sleeping) unless the light is covered with a bit of duct tape. As others have mentioned, the fan is a bit loud when set to the middle and high speeds - kind of like the fan on an old PC. Not a deal breaker, but enough to be distracting. The middle and high speeds also cause my unit to vibrate slightly when it's placed on a hard surface (like a desk), which increases the noise. It would also be nice to have some sort of thin screen protecting the fan mechanism on each side, since it's easy to touch the fan accidentally when moving the unit while it's running. Those are all minor quibbles, but would help make this already great device a practically perfect one. Still very highly recommended in the meantime.
