Stopped working after 2 weeks & caused small electrical fire
It arrived with 2 noticeably scuff marks located on the front of the heater but I was willing to overlook at first. My unit stopped working after 2 weeks. So I unplugged it & noticed that the end of the electrical cord was damaged & singed (see pictures) from a small electrical fire. Luckily it didn’t fully ignite and set my office on fire. Save your money and rest easy at night knowing that you’re safe from this poorly designed heater.

Great value, works excellent
For around $20, this little heater is a bargain. I use it for a fairly large room, and it works great. I even keep it on the low setting. To be fair, it hasn't been to bad. Got closed to/ around freezing a couple times and it was fine. I actually bought a Lasko heater in the same purchase (this heater was around $200 I believe on sale for $80. I actually like the little guy more! It seems to actually work better than the big one. Believe it or not, It's true! It's not like I'm trying to put down Lasko because I have another Lasko (tower type) and it is just fine.

Great Heater. Decent size

It can send out hot air from any angles.2. I think the product is safe, When the heater falls down, it shuts down automatically. When my dog knocks it down, it shuts down by itself. I like this design, and I can use it safely.3. It's so small and light that I can put it on the table, beside the bed, under the table, anywhere I want to put it.4. This heater is small, but it has a power of 1500W. I think it has the same heating effect as other large tower heaters. I like it very much.5. Heater has overheating protection function. When I first saw the heater stop working, I thought it was broken. Then I read the instructions, pull out the plug, and insert it again. It started working again. I think it's a safe design. If I forget to close it when it's overheated, it will automatically shut down without worrying about overheating.

unreliable cutoff switch
Bought this to heat my office. The thermostat and cutoff switch seem to be fighting one another. the unit came on and heated to temp, whereupon the thermostat cuts it out. Problem is, it won't restart. Unplug the unit, tip it upside down, leave it sit, and then turn right side up and plug back in. Now it works again. Something isn't right, and I'm not willing to risk a fire

Great Performance
This little heater really puts out the heat. More than adequate to heat up a small room and even has an effect on a large room. We have run it every day for the couple of months we have owned it and it runs like a champ. This heater is well worth the price.

Everyone needs it in the winter
When I first bought this item, I didn’t expect it to be this useful!!! After plugging it in for 5 minutes, The entire atmosphere is super super hot, I almost begin to sweat. This little machine also has a built in handle/ grabber thing, as soon as you grab it from the ground, the fan shouts off. Which prevents you from getting heat burns. Unlike other products, it is both effective and safe.

Didn't last long---- less than 10 mins
Purchased 2 of these for my office, just received the shipment end of the day yesterday. Plugged the first one in, ran for 1-2 mins and shut off. Adjusted the dials, turned the heat up and down and nothing. Okay this one is obviously defective. Removed the second one from the box, plugged it in and it ran. GREAT! Did a replacement request through Amazon. 10mins later, the 2nd unit stopped. Same thing. Even changed outlets and nothing. So I've canceled the replacement and now have requested to return the second one.

Good heater but it clicks when turning
Heater works great but when in oscillating mode it clicks as it is turning left every time, taking it to Mexico so too late to send it back...and it is a bit loud
