Difficult to configure
Picture frame fit & finish and overall appearance is great, but configuring features is frustrating. We have tried repeatedly to configure the auto shutoff feature (so that this thing doesn't keep us up at night) without success. Very frustrating!

Digital frame
Great frame, nice size for office desk. This is the second one I'm buying. First one for myself, second as a gift. Wish it didn't lose its settings when unplugged (or have power surges). I know it isn't portable, but an internal battery for saving functions would have been a +.

This item did not work when it arrived. It took a long time to get a refund. I had to go buy another one.

Great little frame!
I have this sitting on my desk at work. The pictures look great and set to slideshow mode, it effortlessly cycles through my 200 plus pictures.
