Operation restored
Lost the power supplies in a move and the ones from serta were 120(ish) each, plus tax and shipping. Matched the serta specs on the control box as close as possible, 24V, 2.5A but slightly higher operating voltage, and so far, all functions work.Your results may vary, but mine resulted in functions restored for 1/4 the price (X2 units) of X1 oem.Good Day.

Works with No Issues! so far
Used this to replace a slightly different 24 V DC output power supply. Given the connector output (25mm by 55mm), and the appearance of the plastic housing, I am quite positive this is the same manufacturer used to provide the external power supply for the hybrid tube headphone amplifier I bought 4 years ago. The only difference is the power rating (2 A from 1.5 A for the same voltage) and the indicator LED (blue for this unit instead of green for my old one). That being said, no issues so far, works out of the box with no effort to adjust.That being said, assuming my prior unit was identically made for the most part, I can't give an explanation for it's failure, given that my physical handling of the unit was unremarkable (I had not used it for nearly 2 years before discovering it had failed). That being said, the failing unit does sound like there is a loose component inside the housing upon minor shaking/inversion. Caveat Emptor if you intend on handling the unit carelessly, assuming the build is no more rugged.That said, for what it is, I see no fault in the unit so far, if that is indeed what it is.

May not be suited to power sensitive electronics.
The 24Vdc switching power supply is a good price, it works, and it has good load regulation. But it seems to have a lot of electrical noise (i.e., harmonics) on the output that it causing issues with the electronics that I am powering with it.

It Worked
I like that it was super simple to hook up and ready to go. I used it to replace a adapter I lost in the move from ny to fl and it worked perfectly
