This pad is big enough to stand on with my feet in tandem if I go from corner to corner. It provides uniform support until very close to the edge — closer than I would expect; much closer than foam rubber would. It looks very professional — betcha my physical therapist uses the same brand. (That's just a wild guess.)

Love the color and quality. It has many uses besides strengthening ankles and legs. I use for a desk top for my laptop or reading. A great protector when guests arrive to place under their laptops so not to scratch my glass dining table. Durable, light weight, multifunctional.

My papo is currently not doing well and has to spend a lot of time sitting in a chair. I bought this for him to sit on in the chair to help him get in and out of it easier since it keeps him from sinking into it and raises him a bit. He has also said it is helping alot with the pain he was having from sitting so long

I am using this pad almost daily since buying it! I had surgery and needed to regain stability and strength in my legs feet and knees(turns out i needed multiple surgeries). I did it I am walking and most days stable on my limbs..it’s an uphill battle with myself!! But this pad helped me on my journey to wellness and i STILL USE IT 2-years later!! Like i said its a continuous journey and we all know journies never end until we say so!!

I can stand at my desk for hours using this wobble pad. It keeps my movement natural and undistracted. Also a great tool for knee protection when doing floor to stand exercise. Extra large size allows bird dogs without having to use two pads or move from side to side.
