Took my husband 3 hours to put together, and only needed a second pair of hands to line up the canopy to get the screw in. Good size, but original cushion(s) is pretty flat. May buy another one for more comfort.

The media could not be loaded. Absolutely glad we ended up buying this! It came in 2 separate boxes on two different days. Took me 3 hours to out it together by myself (with a few interruptions from the kiddos). There is velcro between the cushions to hold them together so they don’t slide all over. I’m not sure how well it actually works, as we ended up buying a round cover to put over them all the keep them together. Additionally, there are C shaped clamps to hold the bases together so those don’t slide apart either. I LOVE this day bed! Very sturdy.

I contacted the Seller many many times and also Amazon telling them that there were two defective parts to my order. The Seller will not deal with me directly and told me that I had to go through Amazon, which I did numerous times. I cannot finish the assembly of the daybed because of the defective part that doesn't have a place to connect it because there are no holes in the defective part to attach it to the other part of the Ottoman. Needless to say, this is not resolved and I am very frustrated because I paid over $300.00 for this item.

The first time this product came, it was missing the instructions, hardware and half the cushions. After a tedious process of working with a "third party seller" (thank you Amazon for the support!) the second product arrived and it was good! The instructions are pictures only, which can be tough when trying to line up the grain of the wicker and determining which piece is which, as the lettered stickers tend to fall off. I found this a bit tough to assemble as a fit 50 yr old woman. Overall, exactly what I wanted! Beautiful and seems well made. It only comes with 3 pillows, so obviously the rest were mine. I Love it!!!

I read several reviews about this daybed before ordering it so I knew what to expect. The assembly is not for the weak. Some of the screws didn't line up properly as others have stated (especially the canopy). Because of this, it took several hours for my husband & I put it together. I almost gave up a couple of times and cursed even more than that. There is a video on YouTube where the guy effortlessly put this together which made me curse even more. The cushions slide and they are thin. I will try to fix the sliding by using velcro to make them more secure. Overall I am happy with this item. Would I purchase again.....probably

Not only was the couch wonderful but the customer service I received was top notch. There was some damage from shipping, and I was reimbursed immediately and sent new parts. The people I interacted with were so kind, nice, and efficient. Highly recommend!!

Overall satisfied with the bed itself. However, the cushions are complete crap. Too thin making them uncomfortable to sit or lay on, material is not colorfast, and they do not stay in place. I replaced the foam with a 3 inch thick piece and a new cover and that fixed all the cushion issues.
