I expect a sharp, bold cheddar flavor when I buy this kind of cheese but the block we bought had no oomph. It had the cheddar texture but the virtually nonexistent flavor of a mild cheddar which was not what we were looking for in this cheese.

Tillamook is an excellent alternative to cracker barrel, very good quality. Excellent in a homemade Queso Dip!

I love Tillamook cheeses! They have a consistent high quality product. Their cheddar has a beautiful flavor and consistency and for a product that isn’t meant to be a super high end gourmet aged to ancient cheese saint hood I am always happy with them! Nutty, sharp, salty, creamy, and wonderful however I use it! Favorite application is homemade Mac n cheese! Seriously divine!

Many cheddar cheeses that are labeled as "extra sharp" are not and taste like regular sharp.....NOT Tillamook cheese! It is true to its label! Their black label extra sharp cheddar is even better! I most definitely recommend this cheese.

This is my wife's new favorite cheese. She loves all kinds cheeses and fruits, but now I always need to keep this one in the house.

Perfect. I like to use a syringe to inject Pepsi, or sometimes sprite into the block of cheese and enjoy.
