I enjoy many aspects of this lamp. But I have some serious problems with it.1. The power cord isn’t very solid, so if you move the lamp around a lot then it’ll fall out.2. The USB hub asks for my iPhone to “trust this device” and that is SERIOUSLY sketchy . . .3. It’s extremely light. To the point where moving the lamp head around may cause it to tip over.I don’t think this lamp is worth the price. However, I really want a lamp which gives me access to outlets (two is great)! So I’m stuck paying for the convenience.For those who read this far, the lamp light itself is great. I like the options for white, warm or blue light. I like the variable brightness, and I like that it’s mat black.Hope that helps!

I purchased one of these lights and liked it so much I bought two more. I have an "L" shaped desk and several monitors. The flexibility of the lamp allows me to have the base of the lamp on the other side of the monitors and the lights right over my work area - so they allow me to take advantage of desk space that would otherwise be wasted (behind the monitors). The extra charging ports for usb and for 120 are a bonus as well.One of the lights failed ... as someone who sold electronics many years (decades), ago, the pattern was predicable. Typically with electronics, if there is going to be a failure, it will be within the first few (insert time unit) of the units expected life cycle ... and this was. I contacted Amazon via "chat" and within 10 minutes was offered a refund or replacement - and I chose replacement. I don't think I'll be sorry.Would recommend.

So let's start with the lamp and the concept. I love the idea because it helps organize your bedside table. The three usb ports and two sockets make it very convenient. The leds are adjustable and I appreciate the amount of control you have. I was hoping for just a bit more brightness but it does provide enough for most rooms.Now for the cons or flaws that I hope they address in a future design. 1. The sockets are too close to each other so using both might be an issue. So plugging in my Dell Laptop and hard drive was impossible since they have medium/large sized plugs. 2. When setting the lamp at it's brightest the leds get really hot and the lamp head gets extremely hot so I make it a point to never leave it at it's brightest setting for too long. 3. The lamp neck and lamp head both only rotate forward or back (up/down). You can't rotate it to either side. So if you do want to move it, you have to move the whole base. 4. The touch controls are nice and they are very responsive. But they are visually difficult to see and the tactile distinction is very minimal. So if someone uses it and they're not familiar with it then it might take awhile to figure it out (think older person with bad eyes looking for a button) I'm thinking of painting or putting glow in the dark paint on the power button to make it visible to someone not familiar with the lamp.Other than that, for the price, quick delivery and the fact that it helps unclutter the nightstand I think it's worth it. Hopefully it lasts as long as the company claims it will.

I like the style of the light, the adjustability of the color and brightness. The light doesn't throw very far into a space but that's ok, I'm using it as a bedside lamp for reading before bed. The "touch" buttons are very responsive and feel very modern. It's an attractive lamp and is space saving. One small design flaw is that the power cord plugs into the back of the base of the lamp and sticks out about an inch. My wall plug is off to the right so with the bend of the cord, I end up with about two inches between the base of the lamp and the cord. It's a little annoying as it causes the lamp so sit further forward on the bedside table than I'd like but it's a minor problem.My biggest issue is with the USB ports. I was pretty disappointed. The fast charge port charges like a standard speed port and the two standard speed ports don't charge fast enough to combat the battery burn of just having a device powered up. So, I've had to use the plugs on top for most things so I'm doing a constant juggling of cords which defeats the purpose. It's an incomplete fix for some issues I was having so a step in the right direction but not quite "it". It might work better for someone who can plug in a powered down device and let it sit for extended periods of time.

I bought the black version (for whatever difference the $5 more makes). Everything works superbly. The power cord fits snugly (unlike some of the other reviews). All of the functions (light color and brightness options; timer; accessory power outlets, and USB power connectors) work perfectly. The ONLY challenge was finding that the USB connections were very snug, but carefully inserting and removing my USB cables several times loosened them to a normal fit. A BIG plus of the lamp is that email registration with order number increases the warranty from two years to LIFETIME (see enclosed card that is packaged with the lamp).

This light is perfect for my desk; it is small enough yet powerful enough to give a bright or dim light as needed. I can adjust the height for reading or computer work. I also like to switch from the harsher white light to the softer bluish mode.I love the USB charger where I can charge my Fitbit while I am on the computer.Having two power outlets adds to the functions; all great features in one lamp!
