Dead silent
I replaced the stock pump from a Innovative Marine Nuvo Fusion 15 gallon AIO with the Sicce Silent 1.0. I'm impressed with the power. It lives up to it's billing in pushing water. The thing that really amazes me is how quiet it is. This thing is dead silent. I mean, it's so quiet, I have to check the flow to make sure it's running. I highly recommend this pump.

Great pump - worth every dollar
I bought this to replace the return pump on my biocube32 which had a tendency to not start up after power loss. After two of the original pumps displayed the same behavior, I decided to go with a better-quality pump. The Syncra 1.0 turned out to be the proper choice. The build quality is exceptional. It's so quiet I don't even here it and the 5-year warranty makes this the perfect choice. I would ready buy Syncra pumps again.

Fluval Evo 13.5 Upgrade
Very quiet and powerful. Fits perfectly in the 3rd chamber of my Fluval Evo 13.5 gal tank. No need to have a power head in the tank anymore. Worth the upgrade from the stock return pump.

VERY Quiet!!
VERY suitable for indoor fountain. It is not silent, but is MUCH MUCH more quiet than the Aqua Scape 320 GPH with which I am stuck !!!!

Inline application? Hell yes!
It is an inline pump also! Though I almost returned it until I read the directions. You need snap off the front and use the threaded tube attachment given in the package that has a 1/2" OD connection. The nut that secures the attachment has to be separated from the removable front piece and is a little tricky but can be pried off carefully.I used this to fashion a triple whole house water filter custom aquarium filter and this little pump had no problems pulling thru the setup and back up 2 feet to the aquarium. I was impressed with flow out of this little guy. Exceeded expectations. Was a bit noisy until I replaced the exit pipe out of the pump with a 10" piece of 3/4" radiator hose.... Then she quieted down considerably, and eliminated the buzz/hum business.

Super Loud & Inaccurate GPH!
Arrived undamaged still sealed in the box. Opened it up, set it up in a bucket of freshwater and ran it for a few minutes. Initially it was very loud, however, after clearing out the air bubbles and properly securing it with the three provided rubber feet (came missing one), it was... still super loud. Took it apart, reassembled it, adjusted the speed settings, no matter what I did, this thing was super loud. Measuring around 43 decibels at two feet away. I have purchased probably over 50 different aquarium pumps over the years of various brands and I can usually troubleshoot them, but this one just didn't budge.Advertised Gallons Per Hour rate was no where close to actual GPH. Ran a tube from the pump out of the 5 gallon bucket and timed how long it took to empty the bucket, so only about 1-2 feet of rise. It took about 156 seconds to pump out 5 gallons of room temperature freshwater at the pump's highest speed setting. That is roughly 2.5 minutes to pump 5 gallons, or in other words, 115 GPH at the highest speed setting.I am assuming I just got a faulty unit because I have Sicce powerheads on my reef tank that are quality and have lasted years. Just bummed that Sicce has such poor quality control at this price point. I even got a little quality control certificate with the pump...obviously someone just printed that up and slipped it in!Overall, a waste of money. Just returned to amazon and waiting on refund. Will continue using my $12 Vivosun 300 GPH pump (still pumping SILENTLY at 300 GPH after 2.5 years, just tested it after the Sicce!) for my reef tank!
