We decide to get a chance fir this mp3 Player and bought it without any reviews and rates. We bought it as a Christmas gift for our 11 year son and since Christmas he doesn't leave it. He always listening for the music. It was really easy to transfer my playlist from notebook to the Player. We got a good device. It has a good big color screen. The sound is good. The menu is simple. The radio is great, video is great. It's very modern device, super light and portable. Customer service is great. We ask the seller how the volume is working and got immediately a response. It has 16 G memory and could be extended to 128G. My son says that it takes him probably 1 day without charging listening almost the whole day while he has a winter holidays. We order another brand from Amazon, but decided to returned that and keep this one. So very reccomend this device and the seller
