FEINZER Universal Knife Block

The wood looks good. No concerns on the wood or the shipping care from me. However, the resin rods - my knives are cutting small bits and pieces of it. Something to keep in mind if you buy it. TBD how long the rods keep up, and it is an annoyance I have to rinse and wipe off my knives before I use them every time. I can cram 4 knives into the holder, before it starts looking bad. You can fit more, but it will not look good. Overall, it's a resounding meh, not sure it's worth the $35 price tag.

This knife block is sturdy, and overall, very attractive. However, as other reviewers have mentioned, the base of the block is loose and damaged right out of the box. In fact, it is so poorly attached to the main unit that it sits on the counter slightly off-level. Not sure why how or why this occurs during manufacturing, but for what this unit costs, disappointed at the quality of the construction.

I bought this to hold a variety of knives. I have a magnetic knife holder near my work area. But I have a lot of knives, and had no place for my steak knives, so I bought this. It is great that it holds any size knife. I was able to fit 8 steak knives, and 4 chefs knives in it. I think Could still fit another one or two in it. I am very pleased with it and would buy it again.

This knife block is perfect. We have a hodge podge collection of knives, and wanted to get them out of the drawer to protect their edges and our fingers.I was skeptical purchasing this because I didn't know how it works, but there are thousands of bristles inside the holder that secure the knives and protects from rattling against other knives. Really like this product and it looks good on the counter and very accessible.

Wow, this is a great buy. I purchases some excellent quality stake knives, but most of the very good ones do not come with a block. This one holds 8 large stake knives and and cooking scissors with ease. I love the concept of the "freedom rods", which allows me to insert the knives wherever I want. The bamboo exterior is handsome, smooth, and well finished, matching the wood items and floors of my kitchen. The sale price makes this an unbeatable item.

We've had this block for quite some time now, and I still love it. Any sized knife can fit in it, and it looks beautiful enough to leave out on the counter!

This is one of my favorite purchases. I love the look. I love the quality. What I didn't expect was how mush I love the function. No more looking for the "right" slot. When friends ends and family see my knife holder, they can't hel but start putting knives in and out of the sticks inside. It's amazing how it works, and an exceptional bargain, in my opinion, at this price. This will become my "go to" wedding Gide.

Bottom was loose and dropped out of packaging while unpacking box. Edges of base piece were all chipped and did not even fit into the bottom.Quality of item seem decent on a whole until you look at the base piece.Completely disappointing for an item that looked amazing on screen, but looked and feel like it was made out of inferior quality materials.

This is a super well made knife block. It is a lot heavier than I though and looks very smart on worktop of my kitchen. The freedom rods keep the knives well apart and I am sure they well not blunt them as much as a normal wood block will. The fact that the rods can be removed and cleaned in a dishwasher is also a good point as how often have youbeen disgusted by the slots in a wooden block

A stunning as well as practical knife block, which has added the finishing touch to our craftsman-built country kitchen. I do think it would fit with any decor.

Well made, substantial and attractive and importantly works very well. Simply slide any knife into the rods. There's no abrasion just a smooth sensation.

A little surprised when this arrived - I hadn't anticipated the plastic insert. After a moment of thinking it was odd, the simplicity and clever design suddenly struck. The vertical strands mean a knife can be inserted anywhere and in any position all while protecting the blade.
