Great Gyro Meat
First of all the package arrived 3 days early packed in dry ice with the meat still frozen. The meat was shipped in a cooler which I was surprised. No issues with the packaging, the seller did a phenomenal job. I wash my meat with cold water prior to cooking which removes a little of the salt. The Gyros cook up really nice and taste better than the average gyro shop. If you eat these like we do then it's well worth the money and your time vs going to the sandwich shop to get 3 measly pieces of meat they put on a scale and over cook the things that's already done. The quality of the gyro meat is superb and big koodos to the maker, shipper and driver all involved with the logistics behind much success of arriving at my doorstep!
