Looks and feels better in person. The fit is pretty snug with my XR but loose enough that you don't have to fight with it when you take it out of the phone. The synthetic leather material feels great to touch - a tad rubbery which is great for grip. The only this is that the card slots in the back are indeed tight, which i guess will loosen up in time. Overall, great value.EDIT:Docked 2 stars because I dropped my phone and the the screen cracked big time. No protection from the impact at all. Still 3 stars for me because of the form (slim) factor

I really wanted this case to work, but, as other reviewers noted, once you put 2 cards in the slots, the tension on the fabric pulls the (already minimal) lip away from the face of the phone on the lower part. This means that the edge of the case is flush with the glass face of the phone. I really like the design and was attracted to the slimness (esp. for the bulky iPhone XR), but I couldn't make the trade-off for protecting a $800 phone. Maybe I'll try again if the designers bulk up the lip.Seller checked in with me and made best efforts to keep me satisfied. Very impressed with support. Perhaps if you only need 1 very thin card, this will work for you. You can definitely buy with confidence knowing that you'll have the chance to try it out for yourself.

However, once I received it I found that to not be the case. The phone fits but it doesn’t really seem to cover the top edges very well. I can still see the colored boarder of my iPhone and the corners are really easy to move. They are flexible. For what I do, the case just wouldn’t work. I never really felt like the case would provide solid protection. That being said, I do like the built in magnet and used it frequently. The placement of the magnet allowing the phone to still be compatible with wireless charging was a good idea. The card slots only work for about two cards so it’s not really a wallet substitute.I liked the case but I found it a little less than adequate for me. If the top edges(the parts that boarder the screen) were higher and wrapped around just a little more then I would have been happier. The versatility of the case is great. I wish it would’ve been designed a little better on the screen side of things.EDIT: customer service was quick to try and address my concerns and for that I will give this review another star. However, the original issue still persisted in the replacement case that was sent to me. The edges of the phone case are not as snug as I feel would merit good overall protection. While I was not expecting this case to be a rugged protector of my phone, I am expecting it to give me secure knowledge that my device will be safe from average drops and protect the screen with an elevated lip. With two cards installed, the case still pulls ever so slightly back. The red border of my iPhone XR can be seen on all edges when looking at the phone screen. I get that this is a slim design but this could be solved easily by hugging the phone more or adding another millimeter of lip coverage. Many other case companies have slimmer card cases than this and still manage to hug the phone better. I’m just not impressed. Sorry guys...I appreciate the effort made by the customer service department to remedy this issue but I just can’t see myself using this style of case and feel like my phone is safe. I’ve used other slim designs that work better.

I put 3 cards in the holders, and the extra ‘pressure’ does not allow the phone to remain secure, as the case bows. It fell and scratched. I’ve had the phone one week. The only way the phone remains secure is with zero items in the pockets, with defeats the purpose.

I got this case for my new iPhone XR. It fits the phone very nicely -- not loose, not tight. The actual material has a very handy, rubbery feel to it. I really like that because it makes it very easy to clean and it's not very likely to slip out of my hand (the iPhone XR is bigger than my old iPhone, and having the extra security when I'm using it one handed is excellent). The built-in metal pad also works very well with my magnetic holder in my car; it's apparently large enough to give it the phone a secure connection (it doesn't fall off the magnet). Also, I was a little worried that this case would prevent wireless charging, but that works just fine with the charging pad that I use, so there are no problems there, either. Overall I really, really like this case!

This case is slim, holds 2-3 cards, and steel plate is thick enough to hold firm to magnetic holder. Liked the case for size, ease of accessing cards, magnetic holder copmpatibility and wireless charging. But as soon as I got it it I was leery of the small lip that is supposed to protect the screen and that the bottom near charge port is open.The case is nice looking, made of quality materials but had to retire it for one with more face protectionUPDATE (12 Dec 2019): I raised my rating to 5 from 3 because of the outstanding customer support. The company noticed my review and just sent me a free case that addressed all my complaints. Check out the Dockem M2L Liquid Silicone Luxe. It has a higher lip to protect screen and the charge port is protected.

After breaking my old phone case much similar to this one, I decided that I would definitely need a new one.Build quality:A well built and sturdy phone case, the quality of the materials is strong and still holding together after 3 months of use [will update if this changes]. Unlike my previous case, this one has external buttons for changing the volume and turning the device on and off [see photos]. I found this was brilliant as my previous case had weaknesses in these areas which not only the case to eventually break, but my phone screen to crack (even with a protector on). The couple of times I have dropped my phone with this case it hasn't got anywhere near breaking.Usability:It is a slightly broader case than some of the others I have used before but it definitely isn't the bulkiest I have used. The added quality in the sturdiness of the product does mean it is a bit larger in the hand, but it is something that you soon get used to. The case is easy to put on the phone and also to remove should you need to, but not so much that you would worry about it falling off if you dropped it. The side buttons work well and fit the phone perfectly. My only point regarding it is the silent button, which if you have a lack of nails could be a bit difficult to change at times; this is very minor though.Design:The product looks great in my view. The colours of the materials complement the iPhone well and the texture is nice in the hand. Wouldn't change anything about it.Additional Points:- You can use wireless charging with this case on. Has worked for every single one that I have used so far.- Easily fits one card in each slot (Two card slots) and could probably with two in each slot if needed. Therefore I would say you can carry a max of 4 cards with this case.Overall, a good upgrade from my previous phone case. Would recommend to anyone looking for a well built, sleek and practical case to protect their phone.

The XR is a wide phone by any means. The case doesn't over crowd the phone and it's reallyhardwearing in the materials used to build it.Charges wirelessly with the cover on too. The slots for the cards work as expected. It's a premium feel case that compliments the phone perfectly and protects the all glass back...a shame I can't get a tempered glass protector to sit right on the front.Really good quality to protect the device, 100% recommend for the XR in any colour.

Bought this new case because of the card holder, wireless charging and look. Ticks boxed on all 3 of those, it looks great, it feels nice in your hand, it holds your cards safely and you can wirelessly charge your phone with it on.Only problem is for some reason the bottom half of the case doesn't 'clip' on to my phone, so there's always a little gap of air between the bottom of my phone and the case. It's nothing too serious to make me ditch the case, just a bit irritating that the phone pops out slightly all the time.

Great looking product and in a limited wallet style phone case market for the XR. Fantastic for not having to take a wallet with you and the magnet is so strong inside it doesn’t fall off my holder in the car. The only small downside is that it is starting to show signs of wear after only a week.
