Dmx connectors are reversed
Had to open product, rewire, and switch connectors before it was usable. Otherwise product works correctly. Essentially received a broken product that I had to refurbish.Edit: After running these at a few shows another one of the 4 didn't lock correctly while rotating upside down. Was found that the lock paddle was clearing the lock pins because the lock paddle was loose. Had to fix this too. Also while giving a good look over this light we've found that the wires inside going up to the moving head drag themselves on bare screws. Eventually these wires will degrade because they constantly rub against bare sharp metal... So we need to fix that too. Also the zoom in all 4 lights is wonky and the product zooms in and out unevenly. All in all this product is bright and the colors are good. The product compares to a martin 101 for more than half the price of a used Martin 101. I've bought other lights from Ridgeyard and they all have little problems like this. Really these are only worth it if you are handy and good at taking apart and fixing things. They are almost worth the money in that regard.

Great light and enhances light show
The delivery of this product was super fast. The product could use a clear lens over the lights but its fine. It works great. I only would like to see it be multi color functions instead of a solid color. Setting it up for dmx use was a little hard but i got professional help with it would definitely buy this light again priced competitively

Bright, Responsive, but very noisy and a number of "quirky" features
The media could not be loaded. Having bought a number of these for the school theater there are definitely some things you ought to know.Pro's* Price!* They are bright* The colors seem to match across different units* They seem to be sturdily built* DMX control works* Printed Menu Instructions are in English (with a little Chinglish thrown in) - though they don't necessarily match up with the actual menu on the unit* Both 12 & 16 DMX modes have the same channels for the first 12 - the only changes are the extra functions in 16 channel mode - (useful if you want to be able to set Sound mode from the desk but not much else as far as I can tell)Cons* As one other reviewer noted, the DMX input/output connectors are not as labelled on the cover. I didn't go as far as to take it apart and re-solder the connectors, but just plugged the cables in the other way around and these do seem to work as normal.* The fans are extremely noisy and run all the time - there is an option in the instructions saying that a menu item that looks like it might change that - but it isn't there when moving through the menu on the unit itself* The touchscreen menu is easy to change the DMX address, but getting the rest of the menu to be visible on the screen is tricky - you need to click on the Language icon, click Down, then Click Enter to select English, each time you switch it on!* The menus on screen/on the printed instructions don't actually tell you what they do in some cases, or what you might break by setting them!OverallWould be nice to have a little more description about the menu items actual function and what they do. I haven't found anyone online doing a review of them, so there doesn't seem much help out there for them.I think they will do well if you have a large theater/stage area where the noise is not such a big issue - so for rock concerts, you've no issues. Theater, maybe a different story.
