This Pro-biotic is perfect because it works subtly. Some Pro-biotic products, at least for me, cause sharp stomach pains, but this Saccharomyces Boulardii Pro-biotic is seamless. Take 7 days of this product and you'll be alright!

I get chronic yeast infections. I've tried going off sugar completely but that didn't help the issue so I must have candida overgrowth. Even with a good diet that's hard to get rid of. BUT I didn't get an infection last month taking this so I'm gonna stick to it.

I take 2 pills along with 1 tablespoon of whole psyllium husk fiber and a teaspoon of liquid chlorophyll. This combination helps me have less cramping, the stool is more large and solid so easier to eliminate vs many trips of liquid eliminations. The liquid chlorophyll helps with the smell. Sorry for TMI but I found this is the best way to do this cleanse for me. Make sure to take in lots of water especially when mixing the fiber.
