Seems like a good sturdy product. I bought this for training my children at home. Real nice product. lol give it 4 stars because there was a piece missing and I’m not even sure how to contact the seller regarding this issue. There were supposed to be two waist bands that have the multiple rings and two bags. I only received one. I’m also not sure about the digital training program it offered but don’t really need it. Just would like the stuff that I paid for.

Just arrived and I can tell this kit is worth every penny. So many possibilities with all these bands nowadays. Where were they when I was buying gym memberships and home equipment? I have a whole room committed to this technology and I'm getting bigger than ever.

So far i really like this product. The bands are super strong (admittedly i haven't tested their limits and likely wont). Get lots of stares and people asking me about them.

I used this for resistance speed training. I liked the fact that you get a lot extension Cord, but I didn’t really feel the resistance until the cord was close to its limit. So I could only use it for 5 yards and have to come back.

We have only used it once but are excited to continue developing with it.
