Light by itself is a really good small LED light. Company was outstanding to deal with and highly recommend. Received one of the units with the lens cracked (from shipping) and Northpole Light replaced it without question. Customer service was outstanding and prompt. Thanks Northpole Light!Installed one unit on each side of a zero turn mower for illumination of the deck so you can still mow despite the shorter days. Easy install, mounted supplied bracket, routed cable and connected wire to 12 volt DC supply. Also have a 24" LED light bar on the front of the mower. All three lights work off of the 12 volt DC wiring harness and light switch that can be purchased to make the install really simple. The neighbors say that the mower looks like a plane coming in for a landing with all the lights.I will turn to Northpole Light for any additional lighting requirements.

I’ve added 2 of them on the cab of every excavator I own. They appear bright up close, but don’t light up an area like you would expect based on how bright the light looks. Although, for the money they are an extremely good value if you need some light.They look really nice, both the color output of the light (5000K?), and the case itself. The case is made of metal so it seems to be a good quality light.Overall if you are looking to light up a small area, these are perfect. If you need to light up a large area, a higher output light will be needed.

The light is bright - but it is not 48 watts. If you measure the input current at 24 volts, it is 1 amp - this is 24 watts. At 12v it is 2 amps - also 24 watts. The conversion inside the device is maybe 90% - so the power to the LEDs is around 22 watts.so 3 stars for non truthful specificationsthe device is 100% sealed and the heat sink is very good - so these are good lights.

The media could not be loaded. Originally a buddy wanted to toss these on his truck but decided instead he wanted to use them on his boat.Since the boat isn't anywhere nearby and won't be anytime soon we decided to just test and make a quick video showing what's included and how bright they are (which the camera does not do justice to how nice the output is on these lights by the way). They are blinding bright...with a bunch of guys someone is always going to shine a bright light in someone else's face...talk about seeing spots.They look and feel very well made, nice heatsink designs for cooling and a nice metal housing.Brackets bolts and such are included.Being waterproof I imagine they'll work fine for him but if not I'll be back to edit my rating and comments on the lights.Review sample provided free or at a discounted price for a fair, unbiased, and honest review.

The media could not be loaded. Works great when paired with Northpole Remote Control Switch. Gives you two flashing modes. Used as extra backup lights.The hardware was incorrect. Had 3 brackets and not enough and wrong mounting screws. You will be going to get the correct screws. Luckily there were enough brackets. Screws are easy to purchase.

I used these lights for back up lights on my pickup. Work great when new. they did not last a year till I had to replace them again. Very disappointed with durability and quality. My dad always told me ya get what ya pay for. Good price poor quality.

I have a pair of these 48w square LED lights and a pair of the 27w round LED lights on my motorcycle. FYI they draw just under 8 amps for all four lights. Although the round lights were brighter than my stock headlight, I'd estimate these square lights to be about 50-75% brighter than the 27w versions. They are BRIGHT, way brighter than my stock headlight. I'm super happy with this purchase and how can you beat the pricing? $18.80 for two 48w square LED lights with prime shipping (that only took one day too!) A+ in my opinion.That said, they aren't perfect, but the price makes my nitpicking moot. The mounting brackets were pretty chintzy, 1/2 as thick as the brackets that came with the round lights. Who cares though, it's not like they don't do the job just fine....I'm just being a nitpick.

So far excellent lights. I use them for auxiliary back up lights on my truck.Really lights things up. Hoping that they will be long lasting lights. Good seller. Not even two years later and the base of the light rotted and broke off. Very sad. Very cheap metal
