Taking care of yourself is vital. Now, I am going to preface this review with the fact that I am not a medical professional, and anything I say here is based off of my own personal opinion and experience, and should be read as such.I am getting older, and as a result, I need to take care of my body better, so that I do not suffer from any ill effects of aging. I have been taking supplements to help with this region of my body for a while now, and so far, I seem to be better off when I am taking them. I have done trials, where I stop taking them for a period of time, and then compare my body's ability while taking vs while not taking, and so far, I am convinced, for myself, that prostate supplements are a good thing. Again, for me, I am not a doctor. This is my own personal experience.Ingredient wise, this does check off all the right boxes. It is very similar to others that I have taken, but this has the added benefit of being gluten free. I believe that everything is processed in the US, so safety is not as high of a concern, with regards to quality.Packaging is very good. No concerns about any tampering or lack of safety, with regards to that, either.All in all, for me, these seem to be sufficient. No bad taste, no after taste, so all is good on that front. This particular brand does not state to take with or without a full stomach. I have done both, and have had no issues at all. No side effects, either.

Tried this prostate product. Did nothing for me. Will not buy again

I have had some urgency with needing to urinate and so I thought I would try these. They didn't really seem to make any difference for me, but maybe they would work if you have more difficult prostrate issues.They are easy to swallow.

I got these supplements mainly because I had heard that saw palmetto is good for prostate support. I have used other products from the HTN company and I was happy with them. I'm sure it's obvious, but it's worth mentioning that these pills are for men only. The capsules are average size for supplements and they are not difficult to swallow. They have practically no taste and I have not experienced any side effects. I first checked out all of the ingredients to make sure the amounts were well within reasonably allowable dosages, also taking into consideration other supplements I am using, so, unless you have a special allergy to any of the ingredients. this supplement should be reasonably safe to take. I am less certain of how to judge the positive effects of the pills, and I can't judge at all what benefit they might be for you. In reviewing a supplement like this, the main thing I can do is tell you about my research of the ingredients and that I took a few of these pills and am alive and well to write this review.

Starting to have some issues, so thought I'd give this a trial run. I won't know for a while if this does the trick. But I will say the ingredients check off ALL the right boxes for know helpful supplements. That isn't so easy to find, as many similarly advertised products only contain one or two, or maybe three of these ingredients, while this has the top six.I like that it is made here in the US, so that eliminates some concerns about lab health and safety protocols, belief in product content, and quality of those contents. It is also non-GMO, and while I'm gluten tolerant, it is gluten-free in case some users aren't.All of which remove any hesitancy to give this a try.Says to take one a day, but nothing about morning vs. night, or with or without food. So I presume it doesn't matter when or with what. Also says it is free of milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, wheat, peanuts and corn. Along with the note about gluten free, should pretty much cover the food allergy spectrum if you have any of those. I don't myself, but still good to know I for others.In weeks to come, I'll try to update with my observations about if it worked, and if so, how well. Not everyone is the same, so it might work better for some, and not so much for others. But if it helps at all, I'll be reordering it. And I think the price is very reasonable for a two month supply.I give it four stars for all the right stuff, no allergy concerns, non GMO, and US lab made. I'll bump to five stars if I see real results later. If I don't might drop to three or two stars, allowing for possibility it may still help others.

The softgel capsules are very easy to swallow, which is a big plus for me.

I am pleased with this prostate supplement featuring saw palmetto. The bottle was double-sealed with both an outer plastic wrap shrunk around the cap and a glued down inner seal. The product is made in USA. The caplets are smooth and easy to swallow. I did not detect any taste or odor. Both saw palmetto and lycopene have been suggested as helpful for the prostate. It's difficult to comment on actual effectiveness when one also takes prescription drugs to assist with limited effectiveness but after a week there is certainly no negative results and possibly positive.
