I love this, My first time trying slippery elm so I don’t have much to compare it to tbh, but for a first impression i like it. It kinda gives me like an almondy-walnutty taste and I enjoy it. I mix it with warm milk, stevia and some cinnamon & the flavor’s great. The bag says 1/4 tsp as a serving per day but I take a full tsp a day, idk exactly how much is too much per day tbh so I don’t have more than a tsp although sometimes I’d like to simply because I enjoy the flavor/drink but idk what the caution is if there is one? I have IBS-M and am constantly in pain and bloated so I bought this in hopes it’ll help as I’ve read a lot of good things about slippery elm aiding in soothing IBS symptoms which I’ve been struggling with, I’ve only been taking it for like two or 3 days now so can’t speak much on its effects for that.

So grateful cat liked it. Gave for chronic constipation after Miralax stopped working. He's a picky eater so wasn't sure if this would work or not but he gobbled it down with gusto! Not sure of dosage but gave 1 tsp mixed in water throughout the day and VIOLA! we had a good BM in the box this morning. I'm a fan. I may try it myself.
