Easy to use
Although the frame isn't terribly sturdy, for my use it is fine. It is very attractive and very easy when it comes to photo placement - I had it filled and hanging in about 1/2 hour! I liked it so much that I bought a second one for another room.

Unresponsive Customer Service
I ordered this item with "Two Units" - I received only one. When I emailed asking for the second, they denied that I had asked for two. I sent a screenshot of my order that clearly stated 2 Units and received no response. If you want this product, I suggest you only order one and ignore the drop down asking how many units. The frame is good, exactly what I was looking for, I was just looking for two of them.
