Great product

Discovered the importance of choline and especially CDP Choline after reading Consumer Report On your Health article. Discussed with one of my docs the attributes of this particular OTC. He approved of my adding this supplement to my regimen since I do not get enough of this nutrient in my diet. I don't expect to see results overnight, but it seems my short-term memory has somewhat improved in the last 4-6 weeks.

I’m able to focus better and my appetite has decreased significantly I’m very pleased with this product. Unfortunately, I had an allergic reaction to this product.

I will say that I do believe it is a good product. It helps to give me a mental and physical boost. I started of with 1 caps per day but I had issues when it began to wear off so I did half ( i empty a bit from the capsule) and gradually increase to 1 twice per day. I also used gaba to help maintain stability. I researched nootropics to get help.

Fantastic choline source. Gets the job done like I need. This is my go to.

Great product all as expected and arrived quickly

Product came as ordered and in good shape. Price has gone up, so not thrilled about that.
