Replacement Holster Belt Clip ONLY - Ballistic SG MAXX Series Case for Samsung Galaxy S3

I had ordered a replacement holster for one of the same model that I had had for a year before the clip accidentally snapped out. The replacement also snapped out after only a day, but then the seller sent me a replacement for that one that has now lasted a month. I am very pleased with it. It holds my phone on my belt very securely.

The tab that locks the phone into place tends to wear out with time (2 or 3 years), and we've had to replace holsters for this reason a few times. However, before it breaks, it works great.

I first bought the complete system when I bought my Samsung GSIII. It worked fine until one day as I was getting either in or out of my car the case separated from the belt clip. I tried to fix it but was not successful so I bought this replacement belt clip. About three days later, as I was getting into my car the same thing happened. I decided that I would leave the ballistic part on my phone and carry my phone in my pocket because I did not want to buy another clip to risk another breakage. FYI I was wearing it on my left side and I was sitting on the drivers side. Hope that helps with you making a decision. Maybe wearing it on the right side would have helped but then you may not want to ride shotgun. My guess is that my hip and my lower rib cage pushed the ends case outward pulling it from the belt clip.

First one broke after about 5 months.
