Split Top Electric Stand Up Desk Dual Motor-Height Adjustable Desk (59", Grey Frame/Walnut Top)

The media could not be loaded.  Just got this two tiered electric standup desk to replace my 20 yrs old desk! It was very easy to put it together and only took me within an hour to set it up! Instructions are easy to follow! Got the grey finish over black! All materials are well constructed and they did an excellent job on the packaging. Everything was well protected by thick layers of foam! Love the adjustable height function the most of this desk! My old desk’s height was fixed so I gotta work around with my chair! With this new desk I can set the height I like with my chair! The working surface of this desk is almost three times bigger than my old desk! I am able to fit everything I want on this desk! Will recommend this desk to friends and families!

After shopping around for quite a while I decided to purchase this desk. The package is pretty heavy and awkward so you might need a friend to help carry it. The desk is packaged and protected very well. Everything assembles very easily as long as you're good with picture instructions.I was surprised at how sturdy the desk feels. I can lean on it without worries (although I wouldn't sit on it). The hardware is sturdy and the surfaces are made of press-board. The desk is great for multi-monitor setups and easily has the room to fit three 22” monitors. I personally have two 22” and one 24” (I angle them a little). Raising or lowering this desk is very easy with the two programmable memory settings you have available.

Very sturdy, easy to assemble (pay strict attention to instructions - I had to back track a couple of times). The only reason for a 4 instead of a 5 is that the main picture shows a lighter colored desk - this is a very dark walnut. While it works fine, I wish it was the lighter color.

We purchased this desk about 4 years ago. The wood is falling apart. We've barely moved this desk and the wood screws have fallen out. The top portion of the wood is deteriorating. We are no longer able to screw the top of the desk into the frame. The bottom portion of the desk is warped and bowed. For the $200 + we spent on this desk, I don't believe it's worth it. Would not recommend.

Had my desk arrive with a dent in the leading edge of the lower wood panel. Packaging was beat to hell. Not the manufacturer's fault but when I contacted them regarding the dent, their customer service was excellent. Contacted me promptly and repeatedly to get a replacement and then followed up to ensure I was happy. The desk is sturdy with plenty of space for 6 monitors on the top level as I have. The two USB ports on the control unit are an excellent touch. Probably the best customer service I've had, which is saying something for an online purchase and an issue which wasn't the manufacturer's fault.

First attempt at getting this desk, from a different supplier, ended up with the tabletop damaged and the motors non-functional. I returned it & purchased from AITerminal. I received great response time & support from AITerminal in trying to get the original desk operational. The new desk arrived undamaged & is working well. Directions could be a little clearer but not bad.

This a great product. Beautiful espresso desktop. Electric desk raising functions well. Only one change I would suggest. Put a hole for the cords in the middle of the top shelf instead of on each side. Having cord holes on each side is a nice idea, but it makes the cords very short and all of them have to connect to the same docking station.

The desk came well packaged and on time. Unfortunately that was where my good experience ended. The instruction book had confusing extra steps that were repeats of earlier steps, and it was generally unclear in its description of how to assemble. After finally finishing the assembly I realized that the top of the desk was defective, having screw hole starters on the top of the surface instead of the bottom. On top of that the electronics were completely non-functional. It would turn on, but the interface showed a scramble of characters and none of the buttons worked and it would not initialize.I contacted their customer service and was promptly sent a replacement top in just a few days. The electronics issue was the desk being locked. You ALWAYS have to hold down the unlock button when you want to raise or lower and that's a real pain. I've also found that leaning on the lower tier while its standing bows the wood. Other than that, Its now a functional desk.
