The product would have gotten 5 stars if it was just listed as a normal grocery cart. The fact that it was listed as a stair climber, is rather deceiving. I have 13 steps to go up in my house. It is not recommended for that many steps. I'd say one or two max. My staircase is a very shiny and beautiful staircase. This product put nicks in the wood work as I was taking it up the steps. I can refinish the steps but the cart will be used on one level. It also took quite a bit of handling to drag it up the stairs. My suggestion would be to go with a cart that has some thicker rubber type wheels and not hard plastic ones. This is a complete thumbs down for the elderly or anyone with mobility issues.

Am amazing little cart. Easy to get in and out of the car. Goes up stairs easily. Definitely a good purchase.

This basket will only work for stairs that do not have a gap between each step. As long as there is a backing to the steps it works great.

I never even removed cart from its plastic wrap. I could tell that it was much too heavy for me to lift into the trunk. It looks like it would be very sturdy, but I returned it immediately because of the weight.

I use it to carry water down a stairway.It works great but for me the handle could be a bit longer.

This is a well made cart. But for me it was difficult to maneuver, because the front wheels only go in straight line. I put groceries from car in cart and rolled it into garage and tried to turn around to pull it up the steps, no go. Had to lift it up in the front and twist it around to pull up the steps. I should a looked at it better before I ordered it. I will keep it, to much trouble to send it back.
