Looked extremely nice. I have owned a few cases, over the years, from this “manufacturer”. This seemed extremely cheap...even for this budget brand.The clothe was coated in an extremely unpleasant wax material making the feel slippery and unpleasant. The cut outs offered “pre damaged” fabric...where threading was already coming undone.I also found that the card holder fabric was CRAZY thin and easily lost its “snug” fit. card quickly stretched the material (hours...not days or months)UPDATE: after the refund and return was taken care of, the group saw my review and was insanely kind enough to send me two different cases...displaying the strengths of their different options, and what the differences were, as well as verifying that my issue was a rare and likely due to a defect.Today, the cases arrived with no notice or previous communication. Just a note apologizing for the experience along with these two cases. They sent an identical case to the initial order I made.Starting here: I can confirm that the flaw in the fabric was NOT here. The case i had previously was absolutely flawed. I uploaded pics of the problem areas i initially had and you can see clearly that the case looks great and the fabric is secure.They also sent an amazing silicone case with a fabric, 2 card, holder on the back. Amazing fit, style, feel the and buttons are a a pleasure to click.I’m grateful for the cases and will continue to use this brand proudly. The level of service is next level. We shop for our home, as well as our businesses, with amazon services and sellers. Much more than most. We deal with hundreds of sellers a month within our account. This was a first in being surprised by a brand/seller/store. 🔒👏🔓

I really like the look and feel of this case. And the little card slot is a nice touch when you just need to carry your license or credit card with you. It also offers pretty good protection even though the bottom is open for the phone's speakers. And thankfully they designed to be wireless charging compatible.That said, the magnet in this thing is pretty much useless. It won't hold to a magnetic holder in the car, nor will it stick to my metal workout rack or workbench. The magnet was part of why I went with this case so I could stick my phone to things while I'm working out or fiddling in the garage. Also, it's just a little thicker than I prefer. I usually like my cases to be low profile so they fit in my pocket easily and don't feel bulky in the hand. With the magnet (that doesn't work) and the fabric wrapping it makes the case thicker than I prefer, and the fabric doesn't allow it to slide in and out of a pocket easily.Even though I really like the look and feel of the fabric, my other complaints make this case a C student.

I purchased this phone case for my Iphone XR. There were no problems in shipping, deliver, and packaging. The reason I purchased this case was so that I could carry 1 credit card with me without having to carry a whole wallet. In doing my research, there were not that many options that fulfilled the criteria of being a credit card holder as well as having an internal metal plate on the upper part so that it could be used with a magnetic mount. I have read online in certain forums that prolonged magnetic exposure to credit cards could result in the credit cards not working, so I would remove the credit card before putting it on a magnetic car mount. The case has good fit. It is just slightly raised above the front face of the phone. There is a synthetic leather texture/feel. I like that it isn't slick like some other phone cases. I have accidentally dropped the phone a few times, and it protected the corners. My only complaint is that the corders , particularly the bottom ones, are starting to show some wear. I have had this case for about 6 months. The credit card holder still works fine. This case also works fine with a Qi wireless charger.

I really like the look and feel of this case. However my case came with a sealed credit card slot.Update 12/29/2018: Without even asking, the seller sent another case out to me with a working card slot. It just appeared at my door, and was a wonderful surprise! Now THAT is good customer service!

Of all the phone cases I've ever owned, this is the only case I've received compliments on. I've been complimented both on the look as well as functionality. We have a magnetic mount in our car, and the integrated plate makes sure it doesn't move. I've tried a few other alternatives (using a plate provided my the mount manufacturer and sticking it inside an Apple manufactured case as well as 3rd party) and none of them worked.Build quality is top notch too. Full disclosure, I haven't used the integrated slot for cards, so I can't speak to that. But this phone/case has been inserted/removed from pockets and bags frequently and I haven't had any issues with the quality.

This is a nice looking case when I opened it. Fits well on iPhone and not hard to put on or take off. It is open on the bottom/speakers area. Good feel and grip, not slippery. The issues I have with it are that after 3 months the color on the corners have started to fade and the top has adopted the blue color of my jeans pocket. Also accidentally scratched it once and a piece of it came off.UPDATE 5/22/21: The seller read my review and one their own initiative sent me a kind note and a replacement phone case. This was a pleasant surprise and a sign of appreciation of the buyer.

Despite the photos, you can not put a credit card into this case. Also, the metal plate is not strong enough to be held by a magnet.

Dockem really makes the best case which incorporates a pocket for credit cards/drivers license, metal plate for magnetic mounts, still able to QI charge in a minimal design. Won't find anything better.Although I do like the double pocket case a little better...Now if they can figure out how to incorporate a stand in this thing I would go wild :)

This case looks beautiful and the design is slick. The wallet for cards is also a great addition. The problem comes with what it’s actually made from. I have had it on my iPhone XR for around a week and from the same every day use as my old case (which was on for 1.5 years and has zero visible damage) it’s already got two dents in the design. The outside is like putty, I think is supposed to feel like fabric but it actually damages like paper; Zero durability and in a matter of weeks I’m a certain will look scruffy and worn. Not a good sign for potential long term use. Will be returning as it’s not fit for purpose and daily wear and tear. Hope this helps.

I bought this with the intention of using the card wallet, but honestly I never have. Even with out using it, it still looks good and you can't really tell its intended for a card. Been using for a good 6 months now, the case is great, looks nice, gets lots of comments on the look and feel of it. The card part of it is a little tight, part of the reason I don't use it, it will probably just stretch the material if it saw daily use.

I have changed my review which was originally 2 stars. I had an issue with the cover not holding cards as the slot was sealed. However after reading my review the seller had sent out a replacement without me asking for one and had tested it to make sure the card slot was usable.The cover itself is great quality, looks really good and is very cheap. Fantastic customer service and would definitely buy from them again

No complaints here! Looks good, holds about two cards comfortably. Buttons work nicely too. Nice raw linen like texture too. Only thing that throws it off slightly: the logo/branding is a little slapped on in an awkward position.
