Doesn't come with instructions or the right connectors
When I first go it, I thought wonderful, I'll screw it into the 1/2" pipe thread on my cold water valve and be good to go. Well, not so. The brass threads over the plastic body leak water in between them. You have to use the 3/4" adapters included with the rubber washers so it won't leak. For me that means buying more connectors to step the 1/2" valve up to 3/4" to fit the filter then back down to 1/2"... This is a real PITA and I would have bought something different if I had known this in advance. I'm sure I'll be happy with it when I get all this sorted out but in the meantime my kitchen sink is out of commission until I can get the adapters I need...

Will purchase again
My wife and I moved into a new house and bought a brilliant humidifier for our bedroom. In order to protect the unit from damage, we created plans to buy a filter and install in the second bathroom and we found this type of filter at Amazon.Small and effective! I like the clear plastic housing so that I can see what's going on inside the filter.The installation is straightforward because I am a relatively mechanically capable guy. If the kit had the right connectors, it would be an absolutely top notch. Other than that, I am extremely happy with this unit.I have a deep well that is roughly 300â deep with casing going down about 80 in my garden. I was picking up small trash from time to time which would block my sprayer nozzle. Later I plan to buy another one 40 microns for outside watering garden, lawn, & washing auto. I hope the filter will be functioning as expected.

Very good product, easy to install and works for a month without leaking
The media could not be loaded. Â I was skeptical at first about buying an off-brand filter but now I glad I had. I decided to save money and paid $29.99 just to buy ones that worked for my kitchen. Only installed a few weeks ago but no apparent problems.

Easy to install and works great
Wow this is a must have if you have a well water system in your home. Completely removes sediments from water and is really easy to empty and clean out.

Cheap Chinese crap đ
I bough two. Plumber couldn't get one to not leak out of one end. The other had one threaded side break off. Threads are plastic. Never could get it to work obviously. U get what u pay for

The filters reduce the flow to 3/4
Dislike the sale say 1â and this have reduced to 3/8 really the open to the filter is 3/8 no 1â inches âšī¸

Crap
used Teflon tape, still leaked from fittings, then broke trying to get it to stop leaking.
