Reuseable Wheel Kit for Boxes

For my 5 and 7 year old, this turned out to be the huge hit of Christmas (who'd have thunk?). My girls loved the sense of building something their own. Each wheel attaches with two plastic screws and two plastic bolts; the wagon pull with a single bolt and nut. Simple, and perfect. Big box or small, one doll or a load of a dozen, their wagons ZOOM with these well-made little wheels! They are so proud of their functional creations!Very cool!Are there any cons? Only minor: an extra bolt and nut would be nice: just in case one gets lost. Also, a small drilling tool to make holes for the nuts would be great.... But a Phillips head screwdriver does the job too. ;)Highly recommend!

These wheels are what I expected. They aren't terribly sturdy, but that's expected for plastic wheels. An adult's help is definitely needed (as well as the help of a sharp knife) to assemble. It makes a better wagon for stuffed animals than a car for your child. Makes getting any delivery more fun because I can pass the box off to the kids for a brand new toy :)

My kids, 3 & 5 love this! They use them to create various vehicles out of the abundance of amazon.com boxes that come through our house. Airplanes, cars, firetrucks, doll wagons, farm trailer, etc.They both know how to make starter holes with their kid scissors. It's pretty easy from there. After I showed them the first time, they didn't need my help anymore. I set them up on an old sheet with a box, crayons (or sometimes paint), glue sticks, construction paper and they have a blast. We did box "toys" even before we had these, but putting wheels on takes the magic to a whole new level.Very happy with these. Would recommend.Thanks for reading, I hope this review is helpful!

Simple yet so enjoyable. We ended up purchasing another one to make both boys happy. They use them in so many way but their favorite is simply to fill the box up with treasures and pull it around the house. What a fantastic idea...great for imagination and creativity!

I purchased this with Makedo kit. We used the end of the safe saw that came with Makedo to poke holes to push Rolobox's nail in. I don't think you could push nail through without any holes. The wheels rolls smooth and are snap to put them on. Our kids age 5-9 love adding wheels to their small creations. Very well made. Should have gotten one or two more so all the kids don't have to fight over the wheels! I highly recommend this product to go with Makedo kit to extend their creativity.

`Great idea and my kids love using the wheels. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was that the price seemed high for basically plastic wheels and attachers. That said, they are thick and appear very durable. Good for those box building kids!

Just got this for my 16 month old (I know, I know it's for 3 and up...)This is such a great idea! And it's implemented very well. I was on the hunt for a wagon for a while. The traditional wood block wagons made me nervous thinking of him banging things up and wreaking general havoc with solid wood on wheels. The plastic ones I saw left something to be desired. I'm so glad I stumbled across rolobox in a magazine! Very easy to use. Parts all seem sturdy. Only small change I'd like to see is having the wheels on multi-directional casters. Otherwise the wheels roll great on tile & laminate (haven't tried on carpet). I love that whenever I'd like I can change out the box, and as my son gets older I hope to get plenty of use out of this kit. Hopefully, it'll take part in getting his creative juices flowing and fostering his imagination. All in all, I'd recommend this to anyone. And I plan on buying rolobox as gifts in the future.
