It makes obnoxious voice-overs, which are apparently listed as a "voice guidance feature." Why would someone need voice guidance? There are already clear LED indicators for each connection state. The user manual is horridly translated into English and has grammar mistakes in almost every single sentence. The loud noise upon turning on every single time says "BLUETOOTH" in a Chinese-accented female voice, unless it turns on with card or aux, in which it will say "CARD READER" or "AUXILIARY." I've been trying to find a good speaker that does not make indication sounds.As for sound quality, it is good but is stereo. The 6 watts should but does not allow for impressively loud sound. If you look closely on the white image, you see 2 darker circles on the speaker's front. Those are the speakers. It has the same design around the rest of it, but does not have all-around output. 360-degree sound is not listed as a feature, but the design is misleading. Make sure to read product features carefully and ask questions unlike me. Also, it has bass, but it is extremely weak.The controls are difficult. They are touch-sensitive and not buttons, which is cool, but their recognition software is very poor. You must lay the entire length of your finger across the buttons to get them to feel the "hold-to-change-volume" control, because the pad of your finger is apparently too small to be recognized. Then, if you don't hold down the button long enough (actually takes a little longer than it should - about 1.5 seconds to begin recognizing volume change) then it will switch songs. This is inconvenient; if you accidentally tap the + or - button, you will lose the song you were just listening to. Worst of all; the minimum sound only goes to about 50% of the max and then mutes itself after that. My Logitech speaker can bring my device to a whisper-level even when the volume ON the music device is at max.It is a little wider than it is tall (width: 2 3/8 in; height: 1 7/8 in). Looks more like a hamburger than a hotdog. The product pictures are taken from a top-diagonal angle such that it misguides you into thinking it looks slim and tall but it really is not. In the picture I took, I tried my best to have the dimensions look the same as in person.Besides a sleek look and the multiple connection methods, this speaker has nothing going for it at the mid-to-high price of $37. I bought it for $29 on a Lightning Deal and still feel cheated. It JUST MAY be acceptable for someone on a budget, IF it was around $15.The return for this is $5 for drop-off and $11 for pick-up. I probably will return it if I cannot find someone who can deal with the poor quality of this speaker - I for one certainly can't deal with it.

I can tuck it in my pocket (I have largish pockets) and leave my cell on the charger and take the speaker outside with me while I garden or relax. My first attempts to set it up were thwarted because I had the audio on Pandora on the cell turned off. My techy son pointed this out to me and had it working right away. Does what it says it will and does it well!

no problem connecting to my Samsung S5 to hear music, or to my Surface Pro 3 after performing a pair devices. Sound is very good as other reviews have stated.BUT when it answers a phone call on my S5, speaker is fine but my mic no longer works...I have to click the Bluetooth icon to disconnect from Koncert...this renders my speaker as useful only for playing music, not as a speakerphone.more bad news: I cannot find any contact support for Koncert. Given the bad grammar in the Instructions, I'd say it's a purely Chinese company selling in US by 3rd parties such as Amazon

I love the item. Since I drive an older automobile my car does not have all of the modern amenities. The Koncert enabled me to press a button an listen to my chosen music or answer a cell call. I do not have to worry about an earplug falling out of place while I am driving. It makes my listening experience easier and more pleasant. It is definitely a good buy and I would gladly recommend it to friends and family.

The microphone stopped working after five months. Phone callers could no longer hear my voice six inches away from speaker. The only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is that it still functions as a reasonable speaker for music, and the bluetooth connectivity could not be easier. Unfortunately my primary reason for making the purchase was to use as speakerphone accessory for a cell phone with low ring volume and low voice transmission (for use by an older person.)

Although I ordered this item in black and confirmed by return email I was later notified they were out black and was asked if I would accept a white one. I spoke on the phone with a company representative and I accepted a white one.It was received in a timely manner and worked perfectly with my iPHONE 5. However, I am unable to get it connected with my iPAD. Other than that, I am pleased with my purchase. It is a compact unit but performs very well on my iPHoNE and with plenty of volume.
