Space Saver
Extremely useful for Yakima rack. Shorter power cable didn’t work, but the customer service folks sent a replacement out right away. Takes some adjusting to get everything balanced, but doable. A little difficult to install, but anything overhead usually is. Overall, very happy with our purchase.

Works Perfectly
Easy to install and amazing that ‘this little motor will lift 100 pounds. The app works perfect and so easy to install and set up. Wish other products were this easy. Great for getting things off your floor. A second one will soon be ordered, satisfied with this product.

Great solution for a heavy bike
I've had it up for a few hours and so far it's worked just as expected. Took me a little adjusting to get the bike to balance right, but now it's great. It's holding a70 lbs Ebike. I only wish it would go to set points even if you close out the app.
