Straight out the box there are no instructions other than to download their app to your phone. However, a quick search online will get you to some videos to help you get it set up the way you want. I've grown to love it! I wasn't sure I would like wearing one and didn't want to spend a lot on something I might not use. I've appreciated this to help me monitor my activity, the alert certainly keeps me moving, because you don't want to be told off! ;) If you're thinking about buying a fitbit but the price makes you hesitate then this alternative might be what you seek.

Love it works well had for over a year - love how it charges, unit plugs right into the usb charger very good.Most pleased with purchase - why by a fitbit when you have this which is genuinely much better and a nice app.

*EDITED - after writing the company got in touch which was really appreciated. I explained it was not suitable for us (it was a gift for my mother) due to usability of the app and the fact that the pic colour was misleading as it us more baby pink - I cannot comment on how the tracker actually works as we were unable to get it going as couldn't use the appI found this very disappointing. The watch itself does not look as good as the pics. The watch strap itself looks very cheap. It comes with no charger but then I should have realised that but to charge it apparently you have to remove the strap. Didn't even go there...Unfortunately the instructions for the app mentioned several - device I have does not support the app so back it went. Didn't expect a huge amount for the price but still didn't seem worth it

It does great with counting steps and it's nice to be able to see calories burnt. The charger works fine but I have found it can often take many tries to sync up with the phone which is a bit of a pain.If the phone or the watch turn off or go too far away from one another then they also unsync. Again, meaning you have to spend ages syncing it up again.Still, you get what you pay for! I would rather deal with an annoyance than spending much more money on a fitbit right now.

Loved this as not expensive, easy to set up and thought it was accurate sadly second day no sleep recorded. Set it up again to try and solve this then third day had wake up time 2 hours too early so returning this.

Arrived then set up with app within 15mi a. Three days in the step counting is very accurate and the device is light, lovely screen. Very impressed.

This would be a great tracker if the supporting app worked. If I'd known about the app before I bought it and been able to see the comments on the Play Store, I probably wouldn't have bought it. It will only connect to Bluetooth when first installed. I've uninstalled and reinstalled three times this week, losing what little data was there each time, but still no joy. I'm resigned to just using it as a pedometer now. Shame as it could be so good.

This is great for a first time fitness tracker, my 10 year old doesn't take it off only to bathe and wash hands, it does as it says on the box and is equivalent to the expensive ones too

A todos los que realizamos alguna clase de ejercicio nos gusta saber todos los datos con relación a este y tener toda clase de información.La pulsera inteligente me encanta por sus multiples registro de actividad , pasos, calorías, saltos deportes varios, etc... pero es que además puedes leer las notificaciones entrantes al instante pero solo un segundo,pues no tiene memoria de notificaciones, para verlo cuando quieras tienes que instalar la aplicación que recomiendan y desde ella dar permisos y decir que aplicaciones pueden mandar notificaciones al reloj y entonces todo perfecto.Es un reloj muy completo, en el menú principal nada más desbloquearlo nos da fecha, hora, nivel de batería ,si tocas al botón táctil actividad de pasos ,bicicleta , pulsaciones,el segundo menú lo haremos funcionar dejando el botón táctil pulsado, así sale el modo dormir,formatear los datos,nos da avisos de actvidad, luz de avisos, recordatorios, tiene que estar emparejado con nuestro móvil por bluetooth y haber bajado la app que nos recomiendan ,además viene en español , algo que se agradece la verdad, todo quedará siempre registrado en nuestro móvil sea Android o sea IOS, de manera muy precisa y completa,Muy fácil de cargar solo tendremos que sacarlo de la correa el reloj trae en un extremo USB, conectamos y listo.,se carga en unos 15 minutos, con pantalla Led.Es un buen reloj, alta calidad un buen compañero para controlar en el deporte y saber los kilómetros recorrido etc...me gustó mucho que nada más que se sincronizó con el bluetooth del móvil se puso en hora,y cambiar de música desde la pulsera y hacer fotos sin tocar el móvil, una verdadera chulada.

Está bien para lo que cuesta ,saltan SMS,llamadas y La batería dura bastante y el tiempo de carga muy corto 1 hora y listo

Es bastante majo pero la correa parece mucho mejor en La foto que en realidad. Para mi gusto demasiado plástico

Funcionalidades muy limitadas. Tarda mucho tiempo en cargar. Sensibilidad táctal muy escasa
