My husband got me these a few years ago and having finally worn out all three pairs I bought more. I wear them probably a thousand hours a year, so it was no complaint about the socks themselves that they wore out.Notes from my experience that might help anybody considering them: - They can feel a bit snug at first, but I find they mold themselves nicely after a couple of wearings (I have U.S. size 9 women's feet) - Because the fuzz is a full sized, full layer inside the outer shell, you do need to give them a couple some brisk shakes sometimes to get the two layers lined up right. Otherwise they'll feel bunched up in the toes. - They are crazy warm - I live in Maine, so that's great for me, but if you live somewhere where you think 60 degrees is a hardship you'll only want these if you like your house at 90 in summer :). - Unless you own a pair of boots two sizes too large, you can't actually use these as socks, the lining is way too thick. They are slippers in sock form, so just make sure that's what you want.Hope that helps!

Inconsistent Sizing
This is my 2nd pair; the only difference being the colors I chose. These were a gift for my husband but were way smaller than the other ones. I ended up giving him the larger (previous) set, and I kept these, but they're even tight on my foot (I wear a 7 1/2). Otherwise, really warm and comfy.

Comfy and thick
I really would of loved to give these 5 stars but not one but twice AMAZON sent me the wrong pattern. The socks are thick and comfy but if your feet are on the large size (larger than a size 8) these are not for you.

Super thick, but unusable
These are so small! I'm an average sized person and I couldn't get them on my feet. Also, the inside slips around and does not appear to be completely attached to the outside.

Very warm and comfortable. They wash up nicely, too. The description of "slipper socks" is important because they are really thick slippers and won't fit in most shoes or boots for use as socks.
