6.24m 2 Section Trade Master Pro Extension Ladder

Ordered the ladder at the end of November and the ladder was dispatched via DX, who (after a week) then subcontracted delivery to a local courier.The ladder then went AWOL for a couple of weeks.I phoned BPS on a handful of occasions , who went above and beyond to try and trace it and get it delivered. Ultimately they decided to send a replacement one and I eventually received it just over a month after ordering it.I can't fault BPS and especially Trudi, who made every effort to resolve the issue.A big thumbs down to DX though, who really could have done better.Great ladder, BTW, light yet robust and easy to deploy on your own with a simple but effective locking mechanism. The fact that it can also open out as an 'A' frame ladder is a bonus.A bit of a bargain really when other well known companies are selling similar for £100+ more.

Great buy easier to reach everything and much safer too able to reach higher gutterings even the neighbour borrows them and makes his job so much easier n safer for him to do his gutterings does ours too when he does his. So winner all round

It’s a bit longer then I expected, so struggled to find a hiding spot for it.

Great ladder, and larger than I expected - I know dimensions are listed but mine seems to go higher than I measured...Building it can be confusing but when you insert the cross bar you do not need to put the feet back on.Check for delivery damage as only months later when coming to use did I notice a big dent.

The ladder comes with a stabilizing bar that is caught within the frame.Comes with no instructions on how to remove it and as such the ladder can not be expanded or used.
