CEYLON Cinnamon has great health benefits, but its also reallllllyt tasty. A lot better than the other non ceylon cinnamon.

I thought this would be a great purchase to fill my empty bottle of Ceylon cinn. I particularly use Ceylon based on Dr Gregors “ how not to die” book and “ how not to age”.I try for 1/2 tsp a day for health purposes.
