Perfect, easy and lightweight!
I will start by saying, after the first day of putting this up the other family on our private beach asked us where we got it and ordered it from amazon prime and had theirs within 2 days!We bought this canopy for our family of 4. It is an easy setup and it can be done solo. It kept our area cool and shady. We played a lot with placement and where we placed the poles to get the most wind flow. The more wind you have the better the back stays up. There are only 2 poles so it needs breeze to keep it up. If not the back will stay low- which is ok just makes it closer to the sand. Our biggest purposes for this canopy rather than the 4 pole pop up canopy was- convince and stability and this canopy met those purposes easily. It was very easy to clean and pack! It barely took up any room and was so easy to carry. Highly recommend this product.

Hopeful improvements will be made
We loved this sun shade. It was really easy to setup. Unfortunately it was of poor quality. The rubber ball on one of the poles fell off after the first use. We had a short rain one day and the red color bleed all over everything. after day 2 of use holes began to appear in the pole bags and then the main bag. I took great care to pack it gently. After day 4 we noticed a hole in the main covering. I will look again at these type of shades at it is super portable, hold up to high winds and sheds sand. In regards to wind It worked better that any sun shade I have used it just had some quality issues.

Great concept but the workmanship of this product is poor ...
I received the product and did a test setup before a family trip to Florida, and Gould that the seams unraveled after the first setup. This will be the first product I will need to use the warranty the first day I used the product. Great concept but the workmanship of this product is poor at best.

Helping me stay pasty at the beach
Initial observations, day one at the Florida beach in August. First off, don't judge me for being crazy enough to go the beach in Florida in August; this is the time of year we Floridians pretty much have the place to ourselves.Being more than slightly melanin-challenged and having spent many a similar beach vacation wresting with various umbrellas, which includes the awkward lugging of the umbrella to the desired location, the initial planting of the pole to obtain the best wind resistance v. adequate shade angle, then usually the sprinting across baking sand after the umbrella when it becomes obvious that the wind calculations were woefully incorrect. We were ready for a change. My husband and I opted to give this Guro sunshade a try. Set-up occurred about 0900 and while we both worked to put it up, I could've easily done it solo in ten minutes the first time but expect under five in future. The fabric feels silky and has quite a bit of stretch. You fill the attached sandbags by laying them flat, scooping sand in, then pulling on the strings to form a pouch. You then adjust the length of these guylines by shortening or lengthening through the sandbags themselves and it works incredibly well because, when we first set it up to look like the pictures on Amazon, we had about six inches of shade with the sunshade facing East, poles planted at the two front corners. So we put the poles kitty-cornered, quickly adjusted the guylines, and have a very effective but odd-looking sunshade with plenty of usable shaded space underneath for seating. Our view is somewhat obstructed, but an umbrella at this time of day would be the same.First impressions are that I'm very impressed with this sunshade. This will be used everyday, pretty much all day for a week so if anything changes my initial impression, I will update with details. Here's hoping this is the last you hear from me on this topic!Update: still going strong day four. Like another reviewer mentioned, there are a few ravels, but they're not worsening and don't seem to affect the performance. One person can, indeed set up and take down within five minutes and this sucker fits back inside its original carry bag!

Fast and easy, but takes a lot of space.
• The shade I received is well made.• The material feels like the soft, silky, stretchy material of ladies swimsuits. It's quick-drying and most of the sand shakes off pretty easily.• The guylines/ropes are tied to each corner and sandbag, not permanently attached.• I have no trouble setting it up alone, and my small 7 year old child can also set it up alone. It can be set up/taken down in under 5 minutes.• 》TIP: ☆TENSION IS THE KEY☆ Make sure the bags are filled to capacity. Spread them out as far as they will go, so that the are stretching the shade fabric as far as it will go.• TIP: I use 2 plastic grocery bags on each sandbag to cut down on the mess. I set the empty fabric sandbag inside one plastic bag, then put another plastic bag inside the fabric bag. I fill that plastic bag with sand. When it's time to go, I empty it and rinse the plastic bags, save them, and reuse them next time.• TIP: For extra stability, I bury the sandbags. I also bury the poles 8" to 12". And I use the little fabric pole sleeves to secure the shade to the poles.》CON: It takes up a LOT of space. On an empty beach, it isn't a problem. But on a crowded beach, it's pretty inconsiderate. I have tied bright orange "caution tape" to the guylines so people walking by wouldn't get clotheslined.

Waste of money
If you use this on a completely still day, it might be fine. But what day at the beach is still? It catches the wind, constantly collapses, and even full the sandbags don't do the job when it's breezy. It's a prize pain in the you know what. Nice color, provides shade, light and easy to carry, but pretty pointless in every other regard.

Best beach sunshade!!!
Used umbrellas for 25 years and this was way better! Easy to setup with two people but a little more time with one. Less to carry, light weight, more shade and didn't have to worry about it blowing away!! I bought another one!!
