Replacement Screen Protector - Ballistic SG Maxx Series for Samsung Galaxy S3

This was my second time around and it was to replace the original protector that came with the case. I absolutely loved it at first, but eventually developed scratches, etc...over after about a year. The replacement arrived with a slight bent in it. This could have happened during shipping, but it totally offset the fit around the face of the phone. I tried to bend it back, but eventually gave up and decided to no longer use. This bend seriously affected the responsiveness of the touch pad. If it arrives without the bend, can be a really nice protector.
