Hands Free Bluetooth Stereo Headset by CoolStream with integrated microphone to make and receive phone calls for use with iPhone 7 and Android phones

After buying the CoolStream Bluetooth Adapter, I saw another of their products, the Hands Free Bluetooth Stereo Headset. I purchased it and lovethis product. The headset is very comfortable, it is so easy to pair with your cell phone, the music quality is very good, and is so easy to press a buttonto make a call, put the call on hold, disconnect, or just listen to music from your cell phone or other Bluetooth devise. An excellent product that I wouldrecommend to my family, my friends, or anyone who reads this review. Excellent company with excellent customer service to answer any questions or problems you may have. Highly recommend this product.

Overall I like these headphones as a wireless option for listening to music. They feel snug and do a good job with both bass and noise cancellation. They sound good too but I do notice a slight muffled effect, but not too bad - definitely good for the price. I'm going to keep these at work so I have them when I want to listen to music.My star rating is mostly for phone calls. Maybe it's just me but when I try talking to someone with these their voice sounds quiet and I'm always being asked to repeat myself. The last time I tried this I had to give up and opted to use the speaker phone instead.

I had no problems getting these headphones connected to my Android phone.I originally purchased these for two reasons: (1) I find the in-ear earbud style of headphones uncomfortable; and (2) I was looking for something that would stay in place and be comfortable while I jog, including not having a cord in my way. Based on these wants, I chose this pair of headphones since the Bluetooth means there was no cord, and the over-ear style meant I didn't have to stick anything in my ears. These headphones were a complete success on both of these points. They even stayed in place on my head, and I never once had to adjust them during my half hour of jogging.My concern when I purchased these was that the over-ear pad would be too warm while I was jogging. But I figured I'd give it a shot. It turns out this concern was valid. Having something pressed over my ears for 30 minutes while I was hot and sweaty was not okay. After about 20 minutes, I wanted to rip the things off. That's the style of the headphones, though, so my low star rating is not due to that particular issue.My largest issue, and the reason for the low star rating, is that the sound was not acceptable to me. I switch back and forth between audiobooks and music while I jog, depending on how much motivation I need to keep going. The sound through these headphones was muffled. I had to turn the volume up louder than I usually do to make out the words of the songs, and then it was uncomfortably loud. And there was no saving the audiobooks (which generally tend to play at a lower volume than music even when at the same volume setting). I simply could not make out the words even with the volume maxed out.I chose to return these headphones after a single use.

Bought one last year and after much use, the headband snapped in half. i liked them so decided to buy another pair. Now, the new pair has decided to not turn on. fully charged and it just won't turn on.

Got the headset and they didn't work at all,And just didn't bother with a return.

Great sound quality!

Am soo mad at this product and i wont recommend it. It doesn't work and i can't return because am going out of the Us
