Worked right out of the box.
Had purchased another brand that did not work as the amp rate was to high, this is much better than battery as it eats up batteries.

Works well for my old exercise bike.
We have an older Schwinn Exercise Bike that we had been running on D batteries. This works as expected and will save us on batteries.

It works
It's a bit pricey for what it is but it does work. I was ultra paranoid about losing the adapter and so I wouldn't leave it with the bike on the off chance the kids walked off with it. Then I forgot where I put it. After a couple of months and it not turning up I bought this for my Schwinn 220 bike. Works like you'd expect. This time, I put a zip tie on the bike to keep it with the bike at all times!

Good to give up the battery.
It’s nice that screen stays the same brightness all the time, where batteries slowly drain and the screen gets less n less clear.
