Your dentist will be happy if your reloads are accurate. So I have an old RCBS powder measure and was looking to up date without losing my original. So I thought I would try this. Well I had ordered the adjustable powder measures and they would not adapt to the barrel so I ordered this. I have to say I am pleased with the set up I have now. I combined this with a baffel and it made for a more accurate throw of powder of plus or minus one gran. It is much more accurate now and if you order the dump tube your can dump the powder without have to change the settings. It's not perfect but if you monitor it not bad. I also have a lee powder measure that is mobile for me and that does a good job with the same accuracy.
