Very comfortable. I taught they were going to be heaving; but maybe I could of been okay with the 1 pound gloves... but these are nice, and light :) I highly recommend these to my friends and family.

This is the one of few weighted gloves that come in size small. I'm glad I found it Amazon.

These are great gloves. A little strange that you only have 2 holes so 4 of your fingers are grouped together in twos. But they are by no means large. My hands are quite small and I would say if anything I probably should have ordered a size up. I would still recommend though!

I am a fifty something year old woman who started Zumba last year and just wanted the gloves to add to the experience. I am very pleased with them. They are comfortable and I know that they will help tone my arms without being too heavy.

The filling on the left glove (right glove being fine) was loose. Resulted in a horrible noise during work out. I returned the gloves for a refund. Issues like this should be caught with quality control not by the consumer.

Great gloves but I would say that small are a but too tight around the base of thumb and dig in. I do have quite dumpy hands so maybe the next size up would have been better. Will possibly buy bigger when I increase weight as well.

Just what I was after to use when at my piloxing knockout class you can feel the extra weight when throwing punches. They are on the small side so not suitable for big hands.

Exactly what is described by the description. I ordered them to provide some more resistance in my throwing techniques (with the weighted ball). I received the right weight (2x0.25kg) Fit is really tight and comfortable.

Great weights and love having a choice of colours! Great for working out with as that bit of weight makes such a difference!
