Removes all makeup. Does not leave a greasy residue. Does not irritate my skin. Does not irritate my eyes. Who could ask for more from a cleanser?

Didn't realise it was milky water
I usually love the garnier micellar water but not so keen on this 'milky one. Tbf I didn't realise I was buying the milky one.
