I can't say enough great things about this pillow! I was in a car accident and ruptured 3 discs in my neck and thoracic region of my back; needless to say I've been in a lot of pain. Driving was incredibly painful and I could not get comfortable even on short trips. In my search for neck pillows for my bed, I came upon this pillow ... hoping it would help a little when I drive. WOW! The first day I put it on the driver's seat of my car and drove to work. Not only was it EXTREMELY comfortable, it actually felt therapeutic. It cradles my neck and provides amazing neck support.To say I LOVE this pillow would be an understatement. Due to my accident, I have purchased several bed pillows, been given medical braces by the doctors, tried everything imaginable to help my pain. This pillow is the only thing that consistently helps ease my pain. I live in the Dallas TX area, and my job requires me to drive to customer sites. Without this pillow, I truly believe I would not be able to continue driving. I've purchased one for my desk chair, and it helps my neck strain while at my desk. I can't imagine driving or sitting at my desk without the aid of this pillow.The pillow is beyond AMAZING in quality, comfort, and therapeutic relief ... all at an incredible price. Best purchase I've made in years - I'll definitely be purchasing more.

The integral headrests on the seats in my 1980 corvette provide no support for my head/neck which was a problem for any trips over 30 minutes, I've been looking for a way to resolve this issue for a while, finally found this product which is comfortable and allows me to relax my neck reducing the strain on it. The adjustable straps barely fit on the seats, but I did add a couple small clips to keep them from riding up and off the seat backs.

Beyond life changing. As someone who is “short” (5’3”) I have always leaned forward when driving because either my ponytail hit the head rest/seat awkwardly making me head tilt too far up or down, or because mainly the head rest barely hits my head! I have always driven skunk down and with my back rounded due to this issue and never knew these head rests existed until recently. As for the specific product, it’s fantastic. Worth the money and I have told all of my mutually short family and friends about it. Memory foam is soft but firm enough you don’t sink into it. This has been a life saver after a long day of being on my feet and then needing to drive home.

The item came damaged and didn't even work as advertised. The strap is barely adjustable at all and it's uncomfortable because they stitched their logo on the side you lay your head against. Cheap product that will only fit on a car seat, not a regular office chair.

Highly recommend!Honestly, I was a bit skeptical to order this neck pillow since my friends usually pick bone pillow or a cylindrical one but I am so glad I did. This particular style headrest pillow worked perfectly for me. Every weekday I’ll spend 2 hrs driving to work which tortures my neck all the time. So as I got it last week I started to use it. It came in well packaged without any material odor at all and quite easy to install. I’m 5'3" this one fills in my upper back and neck area comfortably by the firm memory foam. I just wish it has another color to choose. Anyway has bought second one for my wife and will definitely recommend it to all my friends!

Got it for my Ford Escape 2017 SE. This car neck pillow was fabulous -- great shape that fits perfectly into the curve of the neck, well made, stays in place on the car's headrest, and firm enough so it actually supports the head and seems to alleviate shoulder tension from long commutes. It’s really out of my expectation and I loved it so much that I immediately ordered a second one for the passenger seat.

I love it , helps with my ne k pain from surgery. I have a hard time keeping it in place sometimes.

Fantastic travel pillow. Lately we have been taking more road trips instead of flying due to the new family addition. My wife was always bring her bed pillow which is big and bulky. I bought this to see if it would help her while on the road. The first day she used it, loved it. Extremely soft and well made. Comes in really well packaged and easy to install and use. I see this getting many years of use for short and long travel trips and extremely happy with this purchase.
