Math Class Wall Clock Mathematics Teacher Classroom Gift

For those who know math people, this clock is a must. My son loved it for a gift and was excited to get one of them. Good for gift or just a classroom piece. All kind of ideas can be thought of for this piece. It is very interesting to go around the clock and figure out the equations.

I saw this thing on thisiswhyimbroke.com and was like "I must have this." So, I bought it. It hangs next to my bed and yes I actually do use it to tell time - it's not just a gimmick.Pros: Umm..AWESOME (for math nerds). Looks cool, actually tells time, durable, light, easy to hang, great price.Cons: It feels cheap when you're holding it which is why I gave it 4 stars, but it is surprisingly durable (I've thrown it before, don't ask).Bottom Line: If you like the item, then buy it. It comes just as advertised and on the cheap.

The students all want to know how to calculate the problems for each hour and the other math teachers are asking where did I purchase it. I think I will give a quiz at the end of the school year using the math problems on the face of the clock and the students will have to show me how to solve each problem. The highest scores will earn a prize.

When I received this package, the first thing I noticed was the box. There were 8 holes poked through the box which made me a bit suspicious as to the quality of the product. When I opened it up and saw teh clock, I was surprised by how cheap it looked and felt. Then I noticed that there was sticky residue all over the rim of the clock. I tried rubbing it off with soap and water, but it wouldn't come off! I eventually had to take a scraper and try to pry the gunk off, but even that didn't work. I contacted the seller for a new clock, which arrived the same exact way (hole-y box and sticky clock). I'm disappointed with this product and would recommend that you spend a few extra bucks and get another math clock from a different seller.OH! When I tried putting batteries in the 2nd clock, it barely fit! I guess the cheap plastic warped or something because it literally took me about 5 minutes to get the battery in. Not happy.

My boyfriend is a super nerd, and is a math fanatic. He has a watch similar to this, and needed a clock in his office at work. It wasn't quite as big as I thought, but was still pleased with the product.

I am a school teacher in South Africa and thought that this clock would be perfect for my classroom. I was really disappointed with the size as it is not really clear from the back of the classroom. Furthermore the quality of the clock is really poor. Cheep plastic and paper does not give rise to a satisfied customer. I would have liked to have information on its size and the material from which it is made.

This is the first time I have been frustrated with an item purchased through Amazon. This clock is poor quality, cheaply made and was delivered broken. I purchased it as a gift and was very disappointed. (It would be embarrassing to give this as a gift!) When I returned the item, I had to pay for shipping back and was never refunded the original shipping. I lost $12 on this clock. The clock isn't even worth that much!!! Horrible transaction overall; would not recommend this item.

Bought this for my son who is a math teacher. He loved it and looks forward to having it in his apartment.Overall the product is nice, but seems cheaply made. As long as it works though, I'm fine with it.
