Hydra Highlighter Color doesn't show
So disappointed in this Noto product called Hydra Highlighter Pot, it does not show up at all, no color, no shine; I have and love the Noto Agender oil and stain stick. They smell delicious, too. So what happened???

HOLY GRAIL HIGHLIGHTER!!This is my second refill of this highlighter & I adore it! It looks so natural, and feels so moisturizing. It smells amazing, and a little goes a long way!

Product is hard to apply
Product is very hard. I assumed it would be soft or more of a jell feel. Container is extremely small and you cannot fit a brush or sponge inside to apply the product.
