After reading so many positive reviews, I bought this hair dryer as a gift for my mother. Unfortunately, she has told me that the dryer overheats and shuts off very quickly.She has tested other appliances in the power socket, thinking that the power tripped, but other appliances work without issue. She has also toggled red/yellow buttons, but the dryer refuses to turn on until left to rest for a few minutes.pros: gets hot.cons: gets too hot?Update: Nition customer support promptly answered my inquiry and is sending a replacement. +1 star for excellent customer service. Will update review when replacement dryer arrives.Final Update: Nition's replacement dryer arrived 3 days after I contacted them. It works as expected. Wonderful customer service! Great experience.

UPDATE: I had formerly posted a pretty negative and nasty review about this product, which I don’t take back but after the review was posted, the company reached out to me and replaced the blow dryer and threw in a free straightener as well. The blow dryer worked well the first time I used it, we’ll see if it lasts; and the straightener was really nice and straightened my hair very well which is saying a lot for my curly hair. I wasn’t satisfied at first, but their customer service is amazing and I am now a satisfied customer. Sometimes you just have to give them a second chance.

I needed a new hairdryer and was looking for one with a diffuser attachment annnnd came across this one. The fact that it's my favorite color is an added bonus. This hairdryer not only comes with the diffuser which is great for my thick curly hair, it also comes with the straightening attachment. It had 2 speeds and 3 heart levels plus the cool blast. I'm able to fully dry my while head in about 15-20 minutes, which is amazing for me.

Nice hair dryer, but not for my hair type nor do i believe it is an ionic hair dryer. its nice with many heat settings and even a cool burst setting. I brought this dryer to try something new ( usually do not use a diffuse attachment). While its a nice attachment it is not the best fit for me. overall a nice dryer though.

I bought it as a gift for my sister . She likes it very much specially with her curly hair. She said it’s a very good one , works great. Comes with different attachment. The defused which is great for her curly hair, and a straightening brush as well. It’s very light , less noise than her old one, heated faster than the others she had before. Leaves ur hair with no static. All in all it was great gift. Thinking about getting one my self 😁😉.

I absolutely love love best hair dryer it is superpower. I like that I has the option of the diffuser or the regulars dial and dry part or just all over blow dry and I also like the different colors I got to choose from but he definitely recommend this one this is a good blow dryer if you're looking for a lot salon quality

Nice dryer. Reasonable price. The only this I wish was the cool shot button isn’t as cool as I need it to be. I use the is dry delicate skin at times and it really doesn’t get cool.

Bought for the diffuser. The diffuser works great until it gets too warm and then falls off the hair dryer. I use it and to be honest, by the time the diffuser gets too warm, my hair is dry- so win/win.
